Kalinga University offers UG, PG, diploma and integrated programmes through its 14 departments, with admission mainly decided through the university entrance test, KALSEE. Popular options include B.Tech and MBA. The B.Tech fee range is INR 4.21 lakhs to INR 6.21 lakhs, while the common application fee is INR 1000.

Students who have cleared 10+2/HSC or an equivalent exam from a recognized board need at least 45% marks for UG admission. Reserved category students need 40% marks.

Kalinga University UG Admission 2026

Kalinga University admits students to UG courses through KALSEE. For most UG programmes, students must have passed 10+2/HSC or an equivalent exam from a recognized board in the relevant subjects.

UG Admission Process

Selected students must pay the admission fee within 10 working days after the selection result is announced. If they miss this deadline, their seat can be cancelled.
After a seat is cancelled, it is offered to the first student on the waiting list.
Students need to submit the fee with required documents, including self-attested photocopies of academic and employment certificates.
Original documents must be shown during the personal interview and at the time of admission.

For lateral entry into B.Pharm, students must have passed Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharmacy) with at least 45% aggregate marks from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India. ST, SC and OBC students need 40% marks.

Kalinga University PG Admission 2026

PG admission at Kalinga University is open to students who have completed a graduation degree of at least 3 years in the relevant discipline from a recognized university. Selection is based on graduation merit and KALSEE, as applicable to the course.

PG Admission Process

The university grants admission according to its own admission rules.
If a student submits wrong or false details, the application will not be considered for admission.
In such cases, the student's candidature will be cancelled and the fee already paid will be forfeited.

Kalinga University PhD Admission 2026

Kalinga University uses KALSEE for Ph.D. admission. The Ph.D. test is a computer-based test of 120 minutes. There is no negative marking, and students need 50% marks to qualify.

Kalinga University Scholarships

Kalinga University gives tuition fee scholarships to students who score well in national-level entrance exams. Students with at least 80 percentile in JEE, CAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, CMAT, LSAT, CLAT, SAT, GMAT, NEET, GATE, NDA, NIFT, UPSC, CGPSC or any other State PSC examination get a 50% scholarship on tuition fees. Students scoring from 70 to 79.99 percentile in these exams get a 30% scholarship on tuition fees.

Ans. Kalinga University admission is based on the Kalinga Scholastic Entrance Examination, called KALSEE. It is a computer-based test held in cities across India and other countries. The test lasts 90 minutes for UG and PG courses and 120 minutes for the Ph.D. program. There is no negative marking, and students must score 50% marks to qualify.

Kalinga university give admission on 12th percentage basis and a Kalinga exam minim marks in 12th is 60% and Kalinga university exam ha give you scholarship percentage more than 30% it will give you 10% scholarship and many category

Kalinga Experience

What I Liked

The infrastructure of the college is very good, literally me and my friends like this, the faculty here is also very good and everyone is well educated and experienced. Here on campus we have a lot of great people, really they are memorable.
And every event we get a chance to participate in here is very enjoyable and we get a chance to develop many of our skills.

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure could be a little better.
A little slow wifi is also a problem but everything else is fine.

Remarks:

I have choose this college because it's is affordable and it's also near by my hometown these are the main reason. The councellors are also helpful and they help you even after your admission if you have any issue. Yes, I have face a written test for admission that is KALMAT this exam is basically for the Management students and for the other stream and courses they organized KALSEE exam.

What I Liked

The college is one of the best in chhattisgarh and do provide a perfect blend of college life one could hope for .

What I didn’t like

The college is situated in a remote location in outskirts of raipur therefore very little public transportation is available. Only city buses are available that too are unreliable. One need to opt for college buses or personal transport

Remarks:

It was close to my area of residence, offers the best law programs in the state. The admission is through entrance examination. Admission is hassle free and staff is very cooperative. For my course the syllabus for entrance exam was very similar to that of clat.

What I Liked

The campus is good, teachers are very friendly and social life is very good in the college
Campus have a good canteen and 2 cafes as well and one stationary is also in the college for the needs of the students

What I didn’t like

College is very faar from the main city it tools nearly 40 minutes to reach college from the city
Management is little rude, sometimes there are shortage of water in the washroom

The marketing team of the college works very well, the college publish good stuff about the college, college makes a good impression of the college that's why I got into this college due to the good publicity of the college

What I Liked

The campus is best thing about this University. It has great campus full of greenery ..
Faculty are friendly and cooperative. .

What I didn’t like

Drinking water is not good here . It's is not really managed well.
The college tries to take money out of everything but that is what other colleges also does .

Remarks:

This college I found better than other private universities. I had to take an entrance exam that is known as KALSEE. Which is quite easy. One just needs to take this exam and then the counselor will guide you.

Must know about Kalinga University, raipur chhatisgarh

What I Liked

The campus is the best which I like about my college .if I fell low I witness the beauty of the campus and it makes me feel light .
Faculty is friendly and very cooperative but sometimes boring and trouble as well .

What I didn’t like

One thing I dislike here is that there is not great facility for pure and hygienic drinking water
Also the hostel food is the worst of all .

Remarks:

The plus points of choosing Kalinga University, Raipur is that in comparison with other private universities in Raipur, CG, Kalinga charges in total lesser amount, and the campus it holds is just the best in Raipur for sure. For admission in Kalinga, one needs to appear for KALSEE which is the online entrance exam that is quite easy and just for the sake of the process. You will easily get admitted here and you will soon be provided very friendly counsellors.

Although it is a good University to study.

What I Liked

The campus is quite beautiful and spacious.
The faculty members are very friendly and helpful

What I didn’t like

The hostel food is not good and sometimes we get raw food.
Transportation facility is not upto mark.

Remarks:

I took an online entrance test in the university website and got selected for the admission test . The entrance exam name is KALSEE and the application form charges 2000 rupees for registration. The exam consists of normal aptitude test other grammar-related questions and a few questions related to the respective fields. The campus environment is good and the entire campus is very beautiful. Although there are many cafeterias and stationary for the students.
