Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates seeking admission to general and honours must have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (40% for reserved categories) and 45% for related subjects(40% for reserved categories).
• Or, the candidate must have scored a minimum of 55% marks in the subject or related subject at 10+2 level.
• In case the candidate has not taken the subject for 10+2, they must have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

Selection Criteria

The applicants are selected based on merit in the qualifying examination.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Master’s program must have honours in the relevant subject with a minimum of 45% marks for MA and 50% for M.Sc

Selection Criteria

• 60% of seats are filled based on merit in the qualifying examination
• 40% of seats are filled by merit in entrance examinations conducted by the institution. Students of both Calcutta university and other universities can apply for entrance examinations.

• Fill the form with your name, dob & mobile number and submit.
• An acknowledgement will be sent to the registered mobile which can be used for login
• Complete the application and upload the necessary files before submission.
• Download the application form for future reference.

PG Application Process

• Visit the official PG admission page of Behala college.
• Click on ‘PG Admission Form Fill-up and Pay Admission Fees’
• You will be redirected to the PG admission portal
• Select the box ‘college Pg Form Fillup & Pay Admission Fee’
• Enter the University form number and click ‘Submit’

Duly note that the candidates have to complete payment after filling out the application form to be considered for admission.

Documents Required

• Original and attested copies of Mark Sheet of the last public examination(H.S or equivalent)
• Original and attested copies of Admit Card/Certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent examination as proof of age
• Original and attested copies of Caste certificate from the competent authority for SC/ST candidates
• Original and attested copies of Character certificate from the head of the school or college last attended
• Original Migration Certificate for students migrating from other Boards/University
• Two copies of a recent passport-size photograph of the student
