Review of BHC

What I Liked

I like the garden which is maintained everyday.
Next is stationary and canteen were we can buy things,printing facilities are offered..!!

What I didn’t like

Securities won't allow us to sit anywhere.
College bus facilities are not upto the expectations.

Placement Experience:

Academic performance is not a hindrance for few companies. Tcs, Accenture... were the latest recruiter who selected 50-60 students from commerce. 13-27 thousand but not sure as they won't reveal the exact details. Students are being trained individually at free of cost for the placement. And I'm going for higher studies.

Remarks:

Bishop stands for liberal and the courses are offered at affordable fees than compared to other colleges. But I felt bit frustrated nowadays!! Admission process of the college is normal when we get our 12th result students are eligible to apply. As a UG student there were no entrance exam for me.

What I Liked

I like the greenery environment of our college
There are many good faculties right here

What I didn’t like

They don't have conduct any functions and culturals
Some of the faculties are very strict to handle

Placement Experience:

The placements are also very good. Some of them are hired from TCS and Singapore and Malaysia. There are many students got placed in many companies. My plans after completing the degree is to place in a good company

Remarks:

I chose this college because of my course, I heard that they teach my bioinformatics course here good, they are teaching good and I don't write any exam for get a seat. It's just my merit marks to get a seat here

SHALEM'S COLLEGE OPINION AND EXPERIENCE (BISHOP HEBER COLLEGE)

What I Liked

There are many trees and plants inside campus, it creates a wonderful ambience. And the class rooms are quite good in arts and science block
The canteens are good with lots of food options and seating arrangements
The office faculties, mainly the exam controller office staffs are very good
The college library is great actually , with good environment to study and also with all the books needed

What I didn’t like

Hostel and mess , the good in the mess is not so nice
The aviation department is literally not taking students carrier seriously and there are some teaching staffs from aviation department who are not even experienced to take classes

Placement Experience:

Yeah there are placements by campus interviews . Eligible students can attend after registering with college placement division. Yeah and there are plenty of job opportunities after completing degree in aviation

Remarks:

I selected this college because it was recommended by some people I know and also the fees for this course is less compared to other colleges, and for admission there will be no exams , students are selected based on merit system ,those who have higher mark percentage will be taken in for the course

BISHOP HEBER TRICHY's insights and honest review by student...

What I Liked

college is neat and very beautiful, reputed for good teaching, you have to take own interest in things, staffs are friendly and attendance is mandatory with fines.

What I didn’t like

staffs are not too co operative and class rep has to take a lot of responsibilities.

Placement Experience:

8l.p.a for b.sc students is the highest but average package is around 6lpa which is good and best option to continue a master degree and get high placements. you shouldnt have any ongoing arrear for placements, nearly 80% students are placed. my plans are to pursue masters in a reputed uni and use this college to get exposure and learn things.

Remarks:

BHC trichy has a good placement and good grades by nirf etc, your 12th grade results are enough for college admission, but for aided and 1st shift allotment you will need a good mark and have to write letters and permissions with valid reasons to join the 1st shift.

What I Liked

Canteen and all we like about as we have 3 canteen
Places and garden and new people we met

What I didn’t like

All I didn't like it as they are rude in ther College
Rude also irresponsible and irrespective behaviour at all

Placement Experience:

It's great they have placement so viva also and you can attend and get a job itself so you can not put arrear and you won't get a job as well and 85% of students getting placement and all so in placement it's not a problem

Remarks:

No we have a staff who treat us bad like beating us and they treat students differently like aided students are getting treated good but self financed students differently treated by everyone in the college I'm sf so it's hurt to be treated like that I don't understand why they did like that I hate it

Beauty Bishop's Review

What I Liked

In my college there is library with attractive books.
There is canteens with good quility and tasty foods .

What I didn’t like

college timing is inconvinience for some students.

Placement Experience:

70% to 85% is the eligility criteria for placement. The companies like omega healthcare, TCS, Vtech are visied our college for give placemnt oppurtunity. Higher package of company is 6LPA and average package is 2LPA. 75% people are getting placement.

Remarks:

In my college i like college atmosphere. college is very neat. There is labs for students There is more than 2 canteens in our college with tasty foods. There is library in my college with more atteractive books. I like teaching methods in my college.

My campus life in bishop Heber College

What I Liked

I like the infrastructure and non teaching facultys helping m8nd
I loved the hostel Life with my friends enjoying day.

What I didn’t like

I don't like the hotel food that mostof the time I ate outside
I don't like some staffs who is not helping and not teaching my whole class hat him

Placement Experience:

The eligibility of placement is minimum of 60% in academic studies. They must also know the aptitude questions and study them for exams. The company like Wipro, Assenger, and other companies were came for recruitment. The minimum salary is 2.5LPA

Remarks:

The college admission took place through application from college website. Then they call for interview and group discussion. After seeing the performance they verify the documents and give the admission.

My College!.

What I Liked

Infrastructure is very good in this college it has many lab facilities lift facilities library canteens , restrooms ,foods, varities, classrooms , computer physics chemistry labs and many many more moree
Campus Life is goooddd... actually it's pretty good not bad...it provides scholarships ,trainings nd placements and overall it's a good one to opt for you should definitely go for it if you want a good and disciplined college life

What I didn’t like

Actually nothing muchhhh. But our college doesn't not have much free times
Our college doesn't conducts more culturals and fests

Placement Experience:

Placement offers and internships are not that much accessible and convenient but if you are soo dedicated and desperate at the same time hardworking you will definitely get more and more opportunities .

Remarks:

There was not any kind of written tests or entrance exams. Instead the college selects you and give admission in the basis of your 12th boards exam's cut off or your board exam's overall percentage ..

My journey in bishop college

What I Liked

I liike my library I love to read books .
I love my stone bench canteen which is really good.

What I didn’t like

Firstly my cafeteria is not good the ambience is really worse
Mess , its is also the same reason unhygenic place

Placement Experience:

All the final year students are eligible for our placement , the average salary package is 7LPA , I donn't remember the exact no.of offers made , the Companies that met my colleges are omega , Tcs , etc,....

Remarks:

in my aspect , Staffs are behave friendly with students , That is really good thing . The bad aspect is security always yelling at students for no reason . I had studied UG degree so there is no interview to join in the college

Perfection

Course Curriculum Overview:

There will be a great coaching for my mathematics course they will explain detail about all the things in our course and the faculties were really friendly and motivating the students from other thoughts
