DAV College Jalandhar offers admission to BA, B.Com, B.Sc., BFST, BCA, BBA, and BJMC courses at the undergraduate level and MA, M.Com, and M.Sc. degrees at the postgraduate level. Admissions to all the courses are granted on first come first serve basis.

  • B.Sc admissions are offered to Candidates who have passed class 12th in Science (Medical/ Non-Medical) stream with at least 40% aggregate marks. 
  • Admission to other UG courses like B.Com, BA are based on merit. Candidates having passed the 10+2 or equivalent in any stream with 40% minimum marks are eligible to apply. 
  • For MA admission, candidates must hold Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks. However for admission to M.Com courses, candidates must have passed B.Com or BBA. 
  • For admission to M.Sc in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, candidates must have a Bachelor’s in Science with at least 50% aggregate marks, Whereas admission to M.Sc in Information Technology and Computer Science is only offered to candidates having a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications/ Computer Maintenance/ BCA/ B.Sc (IT) with 50% aggregate marks. 
  • DAV College Jalandhar also offers admission to PG Diploma in Computer Applications and Financial Services on the basis of merit. Candidates who have passed graduation with at least 45% aggregate marks are eligible to apply for PG Diploma courses.
