- One thing about the college is that we got one of the best swimming pool in the city . The pool is very clean and it is very great in size .
- The campus is very neat and clean it have amazing views and the area for students to hangout is good compared to other colleges.
Dislikes
- The dean of the college is a bit strict this time the discipline is imposed on the students very much and reduce the interst of the students in college.
- The canteen should be more good it should have more items to eat and should have more facilities for sitting area .
Remarks :
The college campus and location is very good . The college has a reputed name in the city . It have great infrastructure and support system in the college and have given the exposure to the students which is necessary at this age . I do not give any interview or exam for the admission in my course. I have sufficient marks in 12th class and i just got councelling from the college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course is good because I want to give the government exams in future this course have very much similarities to the syllabus of that exams. The qualification of the teachers are good they treat you well co-operate with students very well and help us very much they are highly qualified and supportive. The term exam was held before the semester exam their diffculty level was a little high but it was helpful for the preparation of the semester exams.
Internships Opportunities :
We have been sent to NSS camps for the internship and there we learn about the nature and other things and I also get internship in a bank for two months as the support staff and it was good which gives the experience of working and understanding the life in banking line .
Placement Experience :
The placement cell of the college is not bad but not great as well we vet the opportunities but it was very difficult and less . The annual package was not any great or something and the support system of teacher should also be increased during this process . The placement should be more and the annual package should be good for the students.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year wise fees all along was 30000 with all registeration fees and other university fees etc. there is not any scope for a good scholarship for the general category students the SC category students gets the Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar scholarship from the government. They get more scholarship than the annual fees of the college.
Campus Life :
The campus of the college is one of the best in the city social life is also good but the fest and other curricular activities were very less compared to other colleges it should be more . The sports facilities of the college is very good players get lots of opportunities in the sports event one of the student of our college recently played in IPL in Mumbai indians team . And there are social groups run by the students in the college but they are not very active or got any special support from the college authorities.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
