I chose history and the curriculum was pretty interesting. It covered all about ancient history, medieval history, and ancient history as well. The professors were extremely knowledgeable and talented. Regarding scholarships yes one could avail of scholarships like Kanya Shree and minority scholarships. For Kanya Shree school I think you need to have a certain percentage of marks and for minority scholarship, you need to have your reservation documentation as valid proof.
One can work as an assistant professor in a private college after getting the degree and at the same time, one can teach in a private school. But in order to get a job as a teacher /professor in a government school/ college you need to crack some further examinations. No campus placement is being offered.
