so my department was botany , facilities were top notch , practical classes were good but theory was not that good. profs are strictly professional , not a whole lot of college vibe college more like a school.

There are lot of faculties and curriculum activities in our college. Teaching of the teachers is too good to seen. Their experience with us is very good. 3-4 months after started semester sometimes it could 1/5 or 2 months after.

I always was passionate to take up science specifically physics and opt for higher studies in this field and do research further. My college's faculty is very well skilled and are very professional. Semester exams occur after every 4 months and there are 6 semesters in total and physics Is quite difficult indeed so exam have their own standards of difficulty level

This course was on my list, and the college has a good geography department overall. We have 6 permanent faculty, with 2-3 guest faculty, and other guest lecturers who are invited occasionally. Seminars are also held quite often on various topics. The faculty is highly qualified with PhD in my department. The instruments used in surveying in geography are really old and inadequate, and the professors teach Bengali and English. Other than that, in my department, one or two professors are quite biased but apart from that it is good. The theory syllabus is generally completed by most professors, but the practical is given the most importance. Signing the final sheets is a headache for many, especially in the initial semester.

I chose Botany honors because I was always interested in plant science and plant genetics and this course has allowed me to further gain my knowledge and expertise in this field. I want to pursue a career as a researcher in genetics and the Botany honours create a strong base for that. The faculty at LBC is excellent with amazing backgrounds. They all are great scientists and researchers. Of course, all of them hold the doctorate degree. The faculty includes 4 associate professors, 3 assistant professors, 2 state-aided professors, many guest lectures, and 3 laboratory assistants. Altogether they run the department in a great manner. The course curriculum has 6 semesters of 6 months each, with an end semester exam after each one of them. Most of the subjects have theory and practical exams separately. The exams are conducted by Calcutta University and they are pretty tough and thorough. As it is a government institute cost of the course is pretty low (25k).

In my microbiology course , department was good , the faculties were very good . Syllabus was according to UGC but the syllabus is not according to CSIR NET syllabus so the problem is students those who are preparing for PhD cannot prepare well with this syllabus. Fees was average 12000 per semester and one can get SVMCM scholarship of 30000 per year while studying this course.

Economics Provides lots of career opportunities such as research, education, and higher studies are great In our college teachers are very good, responsible, We have frequent industry visits for better understanding There are six semesters. The toughest is the 2nd and 3rd year No time for leisure we have to study from the beginning But there are no placements.
