The one thing that GMCH, Guwahati lacks when it comes to good college life is campus. There is no enclosed campus here. The college buildings and hospitals are all scattered over the area of Bhangagarh in Guwahati.

Due to its weird location, there isn't much to be called a campus for Gauhati Medical College but the location of the college at the top of Narakasur hill top gives the college a scenic presence despite being in the heart of Guwahati city.

First of all, Hospital and lecture hall are nearby. But the main college building is at Narakasur hilltop. There we have to go by bus . Most of the First year classes conducted there. There is a central library in the main college building. Less opportunity for sports.

GMCH doesn't have any specific campus but a student would surely start falling jn love with the Awestruck atmosphere of the Narakasur hill which becomes an emotion later. Libraries are well equipped with moderate seat capacity. Sports grounds are under progress right now. Many active clubs are present

Fest include synergia and plexus. Four library are available all with centralised air conditioning. All sorts of books available. Sports facilities available as well with gym. Several clubs are available too.
