In mbbs placement is easy Government Jobs Junior Resident Doctors: Positions in government hospitals or primary health centers. Medical Officer: After clearing exams like UPSC CMS (India) or similar in other countries. Public Health Services: Roles in rural healthcare, epidemiology, and community medicine.

Remarks:

The lectures was good Some seniors told Stanley was good college The college admission was NEET. Exam mark based Cut off 640 / 720 I have to prepare 2 years for this exam And I cleared in the 3rd attempt

Ace to be a medico

What I Liked

As a collage with a legacy , its worth to spend my 5.5 yrs here .
Capus friends faculties are at best ....

What I didn’t like

This area can be easily flodded during rainy season
Hostel facilities can be improved .refirnishing are necessery

Placement Experience:

Eligibility is that u have to complete the course without arriers . Since its a medical feild lst 1 year of course is internship where you mostly will be in the hoital and earn about 28k per month . After that you can opt for higher studies

Remarks:

Collage has a exelent atmosphere . And i got alloted here by writing medical entrance NEET ug . Normal cutt off for AIQ is between 3k-8k rank for all 3 allotment . Vast competion is there for a clg like this . So your preperation should be up to the mark

Stanley Medical college

What I Liked

I like the college academic life which is very good
While we have different kinds of clubs to participate in

What I didn’t like

I don’t like the environment here which is very bad for me as i came from out of the state
The food and the weather here is to uncomfortable which is very humid At last i can say that academically i would prefer the college and say my friends to join this college but due to the area/place it is located i could not recommend it because people require comforts against knowledge

Placement Experience:

After completing the course here of 4 years we have to do internship in the same hospital for 1 year which pays you nearly 30k for now which increases 5 percent every year after completing a total course of 5 years we can do post graduation if you need it which provides us a high demand

Remarks:

We have to clear the NEET UG entrance exam for getting admission into any medical college.As this college is an old one which gives us a good opinion on it this college was built in 1878 As the out patient flow is high the students studying here will get to study a lot varieties of diseases and its cure while this college has a high reputation which makes is top 2nd college in Tamil nadu

Life at Stanley Medical College

What I Liked

The infrastructure is good and campus life is wonderful

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chooses this course because I was dreaming of it from childhood. The faculties here are well qualified and they help you participating various intercollege fests and quizes. The exams are based on schedule from Dr MGR University.

Remarks:

I chooses this college because of patient outflow and it's history.The admission is completely meritorious based on your Neet exam score.The college is in tier 1 city with good public Transport connection on metro and bus station nearby.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is based on CBME (Competency-based medical education) which is followed by medical colleges all over the country. We have regular tests and model exams and a final exam for each year conducted by Dr MGR University.

Remarks:

I have loved to become a doctor since my childhood so I appeared for NEET which is the only way to enter a medical college in India As I scored a good mark I ended up being in Stanley which is one of the oldest and prestigious institutions in India.

A review about stanley medical College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculties are good here. They are world-class and they always push us so that we become the best version of ourselves. We have exams every month We have many scholarships which are given by our college like community scholarships etc...

Remarks:

It's the most sort out government medical college in our state after Madras Medical College. The infrastructure is clean. The senior-junior interactions are far better than any medical college in our state. Hostel food is one of the best things in our college. NEET UG is required for admission.

My MBBS life at Stanley

What I Liked

High patient inflow, Helpful and always available tutors, Hostel life, Friendly seniors, Mess food
Easy transportation to my hometown from chennai

What I didn’t like

Older buildings which need to be renovated as my college is standing tall for lot many years
Canteen availability is not inside the college

Placement Experience:

Person must have completed at least MBBS with graduation certificate. MRB exams for govt placements, NEET PG exam for PG studies. You can become a consultant at private hospitals. Almost every person who graduates will get jobs as you know this profession. I plan to do PG after this course.

Remarks:

First of all Stanley medical college is the second most prestigious college in Tamil Nadu for MBBS. Being situated in Chennai this college mediates easy transportation from all over India. The college was initiated in 1936 henceforth having a huge history and records of producing world’s best doctors still today. I joined the college by writing NEET UG 2022 and scored 630. Round 1 cut off for this college in 2022 as per tnmedicalcounselling STATE QUOTA was 635 and I joined in round 2, 630 being the closing cut off. The admission process is very compatible her and ends within a day.
