This college was close to my residence. I was admitted into the college based on my board results and there was a small interview with the admission head of the college. There is a management quota for people who have not scored well which is 4 lakhs fifty five thousand per year

This specific course of BTech in Bioinformatics in Mumbai is only available in this college with a good faculty and well equipped Lab. Plus the extra is you get an extra subject of Data Science in every semester

It has good facilities for courses and all the courses have the best lab facilities and software there are no examinations for college admission we can get them directly by showing your board marks or NEET CET certificate.

I chose this college because of its excellent biotechnology program. Dy Patil has dedicated a whole school to the biotechnology department, which is rare in India. They have a very well-planned curriculum and their labs are very well equipped. we have all the instruments at our college like chromatography, PCR machines, and highly advanced wet and dry labs. we have a separate bioinformatics lab with all the paid software acquired. The faculty at Dy is very friendly and easily approachable, unlike other universities where you have to make appointments. At Dy, all faculties hold a doctorate. My admission process was online due to COVID-19 it was a very simple interview round and I was granted admission on merit. Our college has a famous Dy Patil stadium where many concerts and sports matches are held. I love this college but yes the Belapur School of Biotechnology has very limited cultural activities, people are not as involved as it is on a very small scale.

This college have B.tech in Biotechnology and in Mumbai only. The faculty are good and friendly. Have heard about good placement and the name of D.Y.patil is quite good in Mumbai so I choose this college
