PES College of Engineering (PESCE) Mandya began in 1962 under the management of the People’s Education Society. It was the first engineering college established in rural Karnataka. PESCE Mandya Admission Process

Admission depends on the programme and the applicable entrance route. BE seats are distributed through KCET, COMEDK UGET, and the Management Quota. Karnataka PGCET is used for MBA, MCA, and M.Tech admissions, while M.Tech applicants must also hold a valid GATE score.

BE Admission

Of the available BE seats, 45% are filled through KCET for Karnataka-domicile students, 30% through COMEDK UGET for applicants across India, and 25% through the Management Quota. KEA manages centralised KCET counselling.

  1. Complete 10+2 or second PUC with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. The third subject must be Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Biotechnology, or Biology. Applicants need at least 45% in aggregate, reduced to 40% for reserved categories.
  2. For KCET admission, register through cetonline.karnataka.gov.in and choose PESCE Mandya with the preferred engineering branch during option entry.
  3. For COMEDK admission, complete counselling registration at comedk.org after the result is declared, then add PESCE Mandya to the choice list.
  4. For the Management Quota, submit the application through pescemandya.org. An entrance rank is not required for this route.

M.Tech, MBA, and MCA Admission

KEA conducts centralised counselling for these postgraduate programmes. M.Tech applicants must register for Karnataka PGCET M.Tech and provide a valid GATE score. MBA and MCA seats are allotted using Karnataka PGCET scores.

  • M.Tech applicants need a BE degree in the relevant discipline with at least 50%, or 45% for reserved categories, along with a valid GATE score.
