I choose this course because in this their was a lot of career opportunities in future. Our all faculty are PhD and their teaching methods was superb. The examination was moderate neither tough not easy.

I chose this course because I really want to be a manager in a top hotel and open my own chain of restuarant one day. I am more interested in hospitality sectors and it enhances my confidence and my urge to serve .

This course is a professional course which gives you hands on practical experience if you are interested into hotels and retails and also this is a B.sc degree which means you will complete your graduation along with this. We had very learned and qualified facilities who not only had good educational qualifications but also had practical experience from hotels in various fields, Most of the teachers completed their masters, few wer doing PhD also. We had 2 Exams every semester - 1 was Mid Term Exam which was conducted by college and the other was Term End Exam along with Practical Exam which was conducted by NCHMCT the affiliated board. Every odd semester we also had to give another exam conducted by IGNOU. I would rate the difficulty of exams be 6/10. If you would study few days before exam you could score good marks except for the practical for which you needed practice.

Faculties are really nice and helpful with the students. They will help out whenever one needs help. Academics wise the college is great the study materials and practicals give a basic idea how to work and helps in the industry way more than expected.

Totally skill based course . Moderate to good placements looking at today's market of jobs . Faculty is very good . Crowd can be better but works . Many cultural activities always happening . Teachers always ready to.help

Bsc. In Hospitality and Hotel Administration is a 3 year degree having 6 semesters. In Between one has to go for a Industrial Exposure Training as per curriculum. The Faculty are well qualified and very active with students' academics. They help you with the placement interviews as well. However, things have changed in the academic structure as earlier NCHM collaborated with IGNOU but now they have JNU. The fee structure also got changed.

For many days I had a keen interest in bakeries that's the reason for selecting IHM Kolkata as my graduating college. Most of the faculty are passed out of IHM Kolkata, they are very friendly towards the students, but they are perfectly amount strict towards the students which is needed. The term exam i not that difficult if you even study for a month you'll get good grades.

The best course according to me is the degree course where you get to know about all the four core departments.There is no such scholarship provided by the college. The fee of every batch increases by around 30000 every year. The faculty are very experienced and the best one can find around here.The exams were conducted in time both mid term exams and semester end exams. The practical exams were conducted on time and after that theory exams happens.

As I mentioned I'm a hotelier passionate student, and having a family background in the same field, there is no doubt of choosing the hotel industry as a career. About college faculties if I say, the faculties are so supportive and helpful, in my personal experience they helped me to get in shape and sharp for the same. Their teaching methods are all advanced in which theory and practicals are all added. Apart from that they give some assignments so we can understand things more easily. Most of the faculties are masters in their respective fields and have a very good hotel experience before joining the teaching field. About term exams, the exams are mid-sems and term-end exams each semester, where you have to attempt all the exams to get a pass in the semester. The overall cost of study could be around 4 lacks where the semester fees are included along with tuition fees. And apart from you have to pay fees for your university separately to which your college is affiliated.

All are good but I think colleges would provide special scholarships for students because everyone deserves better and most families are unable to pay the fees, the college might look at this all.
