My college Campus

What I Liked

The infrastructure was good there with good ambience.
The faculties were helpful who clear doubts even at extra classes.

What I didn’t like

The mess food and canteen was not good in terms of quality.
The rules were strict in terms of ethnic wear and hostel timings.

Placement Experience:

The placements opportunities are quite good with an average package of 4 LPA and internship opportunities at DRDO and HAL and NAL.The hightest package was 15 LPA.80 percentage of students get placed in MNCs.My plan after degree is to get job.

Remarks:

I always wanted to study Aerospace so I joined this college.No I was directly admitted without writing any exam through management quota.The good aspect is that the faculties are helpful and bad is the syllabus curriculum.

My Experience At KCG College Of Technology: A Candid Review

What I Liked

Firstly college life, even though its a boring campus i managed to find many beautiful souls that helped me pass through these 4 years.
The campus even though its not big as other reputed colleges our campus will be neat and clean and has an decent infrastructure.

What I didn’t like

The rules that this college forces us to follow.
The staffs not all but yea most of the staffs wont be friendly.

Placement Experience:

Placement is actually dull this year maybe its because of the downfall of the market yet they find good oppturnities for the students and they will also provide training seassions to help students get their dream job.

Remarks:

I joined KCG through counceling. Theres 2 quota one is government quota and another one is management quota, since i came through counceling i was in government quota and thers no exams to get in to this college. you can get admision through counceling or u can join in management quota and fees will vary with the quota. And u need to be before rank 29200 in counceling to get into this college.

What I Liked

Faculty’s are very friendly to students.

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure are very neat and clear.

Placement Experience:

The eligibility criteria is 70 % above in 10th,12th,in degree.And you should pass in aptitude test and there may be several rounds for selecting a person for the company.If you have passed in all the rounds u got selected.

Remarks:

I had choosen this this college based on the reviews and I got admission through government quota and now u am studying through government quota .The management quota is also available but I chooses a government quota

Placement Experience:

So in our college the best ever thing is placements... Placements are the one of the best opportunity in our college for each and every person.. They will provide an more job opportunities for students.. And many companies were visited our college for training purposes and they will teach us for the placements etc... The highest package offered for per annual is more than 30 lpa... These are the very great opportunity which help for students....

Remarks:

So why I would choose this college means this college has better reviews and ratings from outside people's and many persons will refer to join this college... At the same time.... Kcg college were very close to my house... This is also one of the main factor to join this college... So the admission process to join in this college by government quota as I said on the top , So in my 12 th.. I have scored 517 and my cut off will be 167 out of 200 and i am 87 % .. So these are the best eligible criteria to join this college....

The college life

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for the campus is you got 8.0cgpa and also not have history of arrears and i am studying 2nd year so i cannot have placement but our senior are placed in company like tcs accenture in 6lak per annum

Remarks:

My aspect of my college is its good teaching and approach for placement but infrastructure is discomfort for me it's looking like a old house and in admission that process is easy and i will paid 850 for registration fees

What I Liked

I like the supportive nature of the staffs
I like the infrastructure of the campus

What I didn’t like

The management has to focus a bit about extra curricular activities
The college is strict in other cultural activities

Placement Experience:

Placements are excellent in our college... Thera are lot of students who have been placed a very good place in many big tech companies and with a very a decent LPA In our college faculties would support you in many ways

Remarks:

The college has been improved a lot over the past years and this college was not known for culturals or something.... But they have started culturals like ethereal and something ... Mainly about the academics... Our college's academic is so good

Beautiful KCG

What I Liked

Kcg college of technology has good and beautiful campus
Faculty was so good they handle the students clearly and they behave friendly with the students

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure of classroom are not quite good
Hostel was not many students struggling in hostel

This college is mainly known for its placement because it has a good percentage for placement it has placement cell they gave placement training from whom many of the students placed out .many of the top companies visit our college during placement

Remarks:

When I was searching for college after finishing 12th i found this college on NIFF Ranking and gathered more information about the on YouTube college has beautiful campus infrastructure classroom are neat

About KCG...

What I Liked

My favorite thing in my college is campus infrastructure because campus is fully filled green tress and air is very good to breathe
The faculties in our is very kind and friendly type they approach us in the right way and teaches the lessons in the intersting way

What I didn’t like

our campus toilets will be not be very clean
Some faculty is very strict and doesn't care about any students it is the main thing

Placement Experience:

there is many companies approaches our college each companies have there own criteria like some companies want to have above 8 cgpa for join in the placement and some want to know the programming languages that they provide like python, javascript etc..

Remarks:

the admission process during joining the college is very good and smooth First i join in the management quota and then i got seat through government quota during the changing process the college does not give any bad things Cut off for joining through government quota will be differ for caste my caste is MBC so i want 160 cut off for goverment quota

One of the top college in Chennai

What I Liked

The campus has canteen inside college with good menu and quality food .
Teachers are friendly in nature but when it comes to academic the teach in such a way that every student understand.

Placement Experience:

The placement percentages in our college is above 90% .The eligibility criteria for most of companies is no history of arrers . Some companies are zoho,cognizant , rock Renault etc. The average package is 4LPA .The highest package is 10LPA to 12 LPA .

Remarks:

The reason for choosing this college is because KCG collge of technology is one of best college in Chennai and Hindustan university which it belongs to is one of top university in india.This college gives good teaching and have 90% palcement rate .There is know test or entrance exam .you have two ways to get in college one through management quota and another one anna university counseling .

What I Liked

Faculties are actually jovial but not all faculties
Campus life will be please tell but not that much big campus

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure may be would have build bigger
Quality of Hostel food should be improved

Everything was good but not the best, as I have not attended any placements or interahips yet I hove no idea about it but on duty will be provided with proper information about the intership, for placements I don't have any idea

Remarks:

I got seat through counseling, other than this you can get seats through management quota in which you may need to pay donation for the availability of the seat for the specific course you are choosing
