Documents Required For PhD & MS Research Admission 2025

The following original certificates along with their self-attested photocopies must be presented for verification:-

  • SSLC Mark Sheet
  • HSC/Diploma Mark Sheet
  • UG and PG Degree Certificates and consolidated mark sheets
  • Community Certificate (applicable for SC/ST/SCA candidates seeking fee concessions)
  • Service Certificate issued on or after January 1, 2025 (for part-time candidates)
  • Relieving Order from the employer (for full-time candidates who are employed)
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) or Migration Certificate from the last institute attended (original TC will be retained by the university)
  • Certificate of Disability (photocopy) for differently-abled candidates, issued by a State or Central Government Medical Board, to avail of tuition fee exemption (if applicable)
  • Valid NET/GATE Score Card (if applicable)

Applicants employed at Tamil Nadu Government/Government-Aided Engineering Colleges, Polytechnic Colleges, or Government/Private Organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate with their application.
