My pretty nice IGGMC

What I Liked

Nice infrastructure we are now have new buildings new benches new furniture as well
Faculty is nice we get to learn from top qualify doctors and professors

What I didn’t like

There is no extracurricular activities which is bad
Sometimes the college life gets very tiring as the long long postings.

Placement Experience:

For placement we have to have a high academic results and scores. We can get hired inside the campus which does not require any sort of exam we just have to do the interview and also the highest package inside the campus is 50-55k for fresher and for the experienced we can expect 70-80k

Internships Opportunities:

We get internship inside the campus only after we get our degree completed we get around 10k per month till 1 year. In that we have to work in our own campus and also we get paid for that then after that we can opt for job as well.

Quick review of iggmc nagpur

What I Liked

Academically college is one of the best.Good and supportive faculty.
Hostel is very affordable and facilities are very good.

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure is lacking in the college which is the major issue.
Sports facilities are limited.so anyone who love sports will be disappointed 😞

Placement Experience:

After final year there is one year of internship in which you get to learn many things and also they give stipend of 18000rs per month. After mbbs direct government job is confirmed as many vacancies are available.

Internships Opportunities:

Intership is compulsory and it is to be done. In intership government provide stipend of 18000 rupees per month.Also intership can be done in other medical colleges also depending on condition. Intership program is so good.

Admission details about IGGMC NAGPUR

What I Liked

Faulty are nice and strict about attendance.
Infrastructure is nice and hospital has good patient flow.

What I didn’t like

You have to learn marathi to communicate with patients during the treatment
It is situated in an outside area where there are less markets and food option .

Placement Experience:

After the completion of MBBS from this college you can join anywhere as a junior doctor. Maharashtra government has bond for one year to serve the state and it is mandatory to complete one year of service over here.

Internships Opportunities:

One year of internship is mandatory in the medical college yo enhance the practical knoeledge. The stipend provided per month of internship is 18000rs. You have to work as a intern in the connected government hospital.

Iggmc Nagpur review

What I Liked

i like the college canteen it has good and affordable food
infrastructure of the college is okay its not very bad but can be worked with

What I didn’t like

the washroom in the college campus are very few
the area of campus is not large and no garden

Placement Experience:

internship is present after completing 4 years of undergrad which is a paid internship expected to be done for a year and then rural posting is a part of it also, there is a one-year bond the student must fulfil after they complete the course where they work for the college

Internships Opportunities:

we are not supposed to do any internship until the end of 4 years of college but the internship is stressful with a lot of workload but it teaches us a lot as well so it is worth it and everyone enjoys it

A not so good

What I Liked

Faculties of medicine and pediatrics are very good but not of para clinical subjects
Surgical branch has the immense potential and have lots of good patient outflow
Good pediatrics and obstetrics and gynaecology dept

What I didn’t like

Canteen and smaller campus of our college which I don't like
Some 3rd dept. Are not so good in this college

Placement Experience:

Their is no such placement scheme but after that u can apply for medical officership job in which govt pays you around 80k-90k varies according to the city ....and their is a one year service bond too after the graduation so it is mandatory to do so You can also prepare for the PG in which MUHS pays you around 85k for a month which is good stipend(for MD,MS degree) I also planned to do PG from this state in psychiatry

Internships Opportunities:

Their is the mandatory internship programme in MBBS so here we are for 1 year compulsory intenrship program for to learn the basic clinical skills and make our job to do better this consist of various kind of clinical practices and to do lots of surgery and medicinal skill works Stipend is around 18k for a month of an intern ...but internship is very hectic in this college for a workaholic it is good
