the good aspect about my college is that it is a government medical college which has very low fees if we compare it to other colleges it has a pretty decent campus and amenities it has a college canteen and doctor’s canteen a surgical complex and opd ward and various wards for different clinical fields it has excellent teachers and helpful staff admission in this college is done through the NEET UG examination even while being a category student they must score pretty decent and have a decent rank to be selected in this college the student must prepare in their 11th and 12th by choosing PCB or PCM streams of science and prepare for this particular exam
I chose this course because I want to become a doctor and treat and help patients and earn money being a doctor is a respectable profession the faculty is well qualified everyone is a doctor and good at teaching their subjects the term exams were always on time and they were moderately difficult just as the final university exams are
we are not supposed to do any internship until the end of 4 years of college but the internship is stressful with a lot of workload but it teaches us a lot as well so it is worth it and everyone enjoys it
internship is present after completing 4 years of undergrad which is a paid internship expected to be done for a year and then rural posting is a part of it also, there is a one-year bond the student must fulfil after they complete the course where they work for the college
year wise 70,000 and it increases every year as the course goes on but it gets covered under government scholarships and freeships if you’re a category student registration fees were less than 2000 other categories like the general category have to pay yearly fees of 1,42,000? and it increases every year for the next year. rest of the accessory fees are the same for all the categories
Ganesh festival is a week-long fest that occurs in September Sankalp is a fest that occurs in August badminton and cricket tournaments are there shivjayanti is celebrated Sanuk Jayanti is celebrated here books and journals are available in the library not a lot of sports activity occurs but they are not absent there is a Rotaract club there is a writing club
the hostel is well maintained with a water supply many bathrooms and washrooms cleanliness is fairly maintained mess food is good quality but doesn’t taste good for registration we have to fill up a form and the fee is around 4000 per year
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
