I didn't faced any kind of interviews ...I got this college from All India Quota NEET UG counselling which consist of 15% seats of the college .... previously their are 22 seats of All India Quota now the seats no. Increased to 200 so total AIQ seats are 30
I always wanted to be a doctor that's why I choose this course and college....the teaching methodology of the lecturers are not so good but in clinical exposure u will get to learn a lot from this college .... U will get good opportunities to attend clincal postings to see patients and learn about various clinical skills which will help you to get the disease diagnosis a bit easier and the patient inflow is good in this hospital as this is the one of the busiest hospital of the central in central India Exams are conducted after clincal postings to evaluate your performances and learning and after terminal exams are also their and after that pre proff exams are also their which is also known as preliminary exams of the college ...after comprising the marks of all these exams internal markings and evaluation has done Fee hikes take place almost every year in tution fees now the tution fees is around 1.2k which is around 40k more than 2018 (almost 1.5 times)
Their is the mandatory internship programme in MBBS so here we are for 1 year compulsory intenrship program for to learn the basic clinical skills and make our job to do better this consist of various kind of clinical practices and to do lots of surgery and medicinal skill works Stipend is around 18k for a month of an intern ...but internship is very hectic in this college for a workaholic it is good
Their is no such placement scheme but after that u can apply for medical officership job in which govt pays you around 80k-90k varies according to the city ....and their is a one year service bond too after the graduation so it is mandatory to do so You can also prepare for the PG in which MUHS pays you around 85k for a month which is good stipend(for MD,MS degree) I also planned to do PG from this state in psychiatry
Campus is not so big bt the campus is situated in centre of the city so every daily needs infact social needs u can fulfill easily from this college Fest like ganpati festival shiv jayanti annual gatherings are thei which is good according to the college environment Books are available in libraries but they are bit older no new books are available in the library Their are no such sports environment in this college people use to play inter college cricket and basketball tournaments otherwise no good sports environment in this college Hostel is good and 5 floored hostel which is renovating into 7 floor hostel of boys is taking place .... otherwise pg rooms are also available in the nearby places like bajeria sadar
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
