In the college, an Internship is compulsory for every student. I'm a second-year one month internship is compulsory and for third-year students a months internship is compulsory. The placement scenario is good. The average package is 4lpa.

DEI never guaranteed any placement, all the students from my batch got placed on their own. We all gave interviews at different companies and got jobs, else there was no role of DEI in our placement. But my junior had told me that now there companies are coming to hire them like; TSC, The Walking Tree Technology etc.

There are many placement opportunities are their on campus and off campus along many companies visit campus every year the faculty is also very supportive they will also help you to land a job. But in a few days, the placements went a little down.

Placement and job opportunities for btech are quite good as compared to other courses present in our college. In btech electrical and mechanical have good placement as compared to other branches. With electrical and mechanical branches we can do specialisation with CS so we can also opt for a tech role

The eligibility criteria for placement are a 6 CGPA (minimum) in overall degree after that we are eligible to sit in the placement round. PNC, JSW, and STP Dandupura are some of the recruiters who visit the college every year for placement. The highest package of civil engineering is about 15 lakhs per annum and avg. The package of this course is about 4 lakhs per annum. A minimum of 60% of students are placed in college and others will prepare for government jobs. I planning to get a job in the private sector which is very important to me.
