The candidate must have passed the qualifying examination (10+2 Science or equivalent) as defined under VCI–MSVE Regulations, 2016 with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology and English (as a core course). The candidates under General Category must have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (47.5% in case of SC/ST/other special category of students as specified by the Government from time to time) in the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology in the qualifying examination.
