Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.
The reason why I chose ITER and not some other college is because ITER has good reputation and has always been outstanding in terms of placement and one main reason, it has a well-structured B.Tech curriculum that covers strong field of Computer Science engineering, with specialisation like, Internet of Things, AI/ML, Cybersecurity and Data Science aligning well with current industry needs. One bad aspect about the college that it is still considered a tier 2 college which prevents students from availing certain private/ government loan or scholarship schemes which are just for the tier 1 colleges. To get admission in ITER you either need to give their online SAAT exam or you also get direct admission on the basis of your JEE Mains percentile like me. The admission window opens in December and closes in August. After the main round there is mop-up round and then at the last there is a stray vacancy round. There is no Interviews or Group Discussions or anything.

Read Full ReviewPlacement and job opportunities are really good as we have a all seperate Placement Cell. The college offers best placement opportunities to us according to our skills and gives us an enormous opportunity to explore ourselves to the present market of employment and get an exposure of jobs available for us all over the country.
This college's NIRF ranking is 4th at present and we know that this rank in itself speaks about the institution. The institution is at the capital city of odisha and you can understand how fascinating it's about to get a college in a capital city with all facilities available for travel, stay and enjoy for being here for years and study. That's all what I found best about this institution in respect of choosing it as a best college.
Read Full ReviewThe placement session happens in January every year and it starts with the 9th semester students . The recruiters are from various legal firms and companies like Deloitte . Average package is about 3.8LPA . I plan to go for MBA after the completion of the course .
I chose this college because of the NIRF ranking which was 8th at the time of my joining . I heard from my seniors about the quality education that this course was offering . And the idea of joining an integrated course was saving me the money , the time and the effort from pursuing two different degrees one after another .
Read Full ReviewThe eligibility criteria is normal an individual needs to qualify boards with atleast 55% in each subject . And have to appear for next exams. The placements are quite good as they have their own hospitals . So They provide placements in their own hospital and other institute like tata main hospital , appolo and other.
I found this college has good and fair review . The campus provides better environment including all necessities. The faculties are also good and they help when needed . Also the infrastructure is quite good everything is available like parking, Catterine.

In 2023 the NIRF ranking of SNIL was 8. The faculty here were experienced and well trained. Admission process was a bit time taking as after the entrance exam(saat) the result declared was late but overall the admission process was good(it may differ from person to person).
Read Full ReviewThe placements are great too . They have to go through some GD rounds as well as PI rounds . It happens generally on two sections . One is HR and other is Law . About 20-30 percentage of students opt for placements and rest other go for judiciary or any other job . Few recruiters who visited recently were some banks and I guess Wipro too .
I joined the college because of the affordability, the curriculum and the NIRF ranking . The good aspects are the teaching and library . The bad aspects are the distance from the main city and the lack of facilities in the area .

Read Full ReviewPlacements opportunities are very less. There are campus placements but they don't provide 100% placements to students. But after completing the course we can opt for banking, civil exams , teaching, reasearch, or just continue higher studies.
The college provide us practical knowledge. So that really helps understanding the topics more efficiently. The young teachers are very friendly and supportive. But the older teacher aren't that freindly comparatively.
Read Full ReviewOur professor has said that our campus will come and companies will come for giving jobs to our college and we don’t know any further information because we are the first year with most senior year in the college and we are the first batch in third year, so we don’t know the further process, but internships and colleges jobs will be provided
