In the B.Tech group, AI and Machine Learning has the highest listed fee at INR 20.80 Lakhs. Civil, Electrical, ECE, and Mechanical are priced at INR 11.20 Lakhs. The 5-year B.Arch course costs INR 30 Lakhs. Diploma courses in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Fashion Design, Textile Design, Interior Design, and D.Pharma are offered under BTEUP at lower fee levels. BSc in Biotechnology and Medical Microbiology is a 3-year option for science stream students, with fees from INR 4.05 Lakhs to INR 5.40 Lakhs.

Axis Colleges Admission Process

Axis Colleges uses centralised state counselling for AKTU-affiliated courses. For other streams, admission is based on merit or entrance scores as required by the concerned approving body.

B.Arch Admission

Admission to the 5-year B.Arch programme at Axis Institute of Architecture requires a valid NATA score or JEE Main Paper 2 score. Students must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, with at least 50% aggregate marks and at least 50% in Mathematics.

B.Pharma, B.FAD, BFA, and BSc Admissions

B.Pharma admission is based on 10+2 PCB merit with at least 45% aggregate marks. B.FAD and BFA use 10+2 marks and do not list a separate entrance test. BSc in Biotechnology and Medical Microbiology under CSJMU is merit-based. The 5-year BA LLB course under CSJMU also uses Class 12 merit with a minimum 45% marks requirement.

Diploma Admission

Diploma courses in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Fashion Design, Textile Design, Interior Design, and D.Pharma are affiliated with BTEUP. Students enter the 3-year diploma courses through BTEUP centralised counselling. ITI pass students from relevant trades can apply for lateral entry into 2nd year. The diploma route can lead to jobs in Kanpur’s industrial belt or to B.Tech lateral entry.

MBA, MCA, and M.Tech Admissions

MBA applicants need a valid CAT, CMAT, MAT, or XAT score and at least 50% marks in graduation. MCA admission is through UPTAC, and Mathematics in graduation is required. For M.Tech, students need either GATE qualification or UPTAC rank, along with at least 60% in the qualifying B.Tech degree.
