Gitam Inside out

What I Liked

The best thing about Gitam is infrastructure and smart classrooms. The campus is really huge has a really big parking space quality and hygienic canteens.
Has events and fun activities very often. Really good climate and free space to chill in free time has gym and many playgrounds for football cricket basketball and volleyball court tennis courts etc

What I didn’t like

The Environment and people are awful in Gitam. Very un ethical people with weird addictions.
The Grading wise is really strict and particular making it really hard to maintain good CGPA

Placement Experience:

The placement is very bad unfortunately. But has 85%placement rate but the average placement is around 5LPA which is really bad and has 6LPA for CSE students which is not bad. The highest package of 2024 is 22lpa.

Internships Opportunities:

The college offers free courses for a chance of getting internships in the 2nd or 3rd year. I’m still in my 2nd semester of First year so eagerly waiting to share my review in the upcoming year. There are free online courses provided for internships like Java C++ etc.

My college review

What I Liked

The main thing I like about college is it's event we have to of events
And I like very peaceful campus atmosphere where I can chill with my friends every day

What I didn’t like

Our campus has lots of dogs it's not a bad thing they even take care but I am not a dog lover so I dislike that there are many dogs

Placement Experience:

There are good placements offered by our university the highest package of our campus is 60 lacs per annum we have lot of companies every student with good percentage gets places and there is no scarcity of placements in our college

Internships Opportunities:

No till date I have not done any internship but I have heard we get good opportunities in internship too because we have a good cv becayour college provides with all the knowledge so in future I will get internship in a nice company too

What I Liked

I like the campus infrastructure and auditoriums

What I didn’t like

The thing I don't like in the college is the college management is reporting the every day attendance to the parents

Placement Experience:

And coming to the placements,our college has the highest placement of 44LPA of CSE students and our college provides job opportunities also well and the eligibility criteria for placement is he must have 7.5 or more than 7.5 CGPA.

Internships Opportunities:

No I haven't opted any internships because iam pursuing 1st year,so I don't know anything about internships and in future I will choose the internships from the MNC companies and I will prefer my role based on my experience.

Life and insights of gitam

What I Liked

The environment this campus has is very good and charming. You'll have a wide range of amenities to use in the campus like gym cricket, football grounds basketball courts, etc.
The clubs in this college are the best and the events too and the events they conduct are always good and there are tournaments they conduct within the campus and with other campisses too. I liked this thing so much.

What I didn’t like

Some what less competition in the students if you study good.

Placement Experience:

The students are going to be eligible for placements from the 6th semester and internship from 3rd or 4th semester itself. The placement percentage is upto 78% and the highest offer made was 65L from microsoft.

Internships Opportunities:

No,but They provide some good internship opportunities.There is a seperate staff for the placement cell and they'll take care of everything you need so you can easily get access to everything.The internship starts from the 4th semester itself.

The Gitam Honest review

What I Liked

Infrastructure of the campus is really good they have been investing a lot of money into the campus and faculty every year
Campus life is really good if you what a stress free hassle free environment campus is the best in my opinion

What I didn’t like

Few of the room or lab are outdated and room are not well ventilated
Few of the assistant faculty are really a pain they don’t understand anything all they do is shout

Placement Experience:

The top recruits are from TCS,Accenture, tech mahindra, infosys and wipro Other com Visit to but hire fewer people if u have a good cgpa and knowledge on tge basics you can easily get a placement in amazon etc

Good and awesome

What I Liked

Campus life which is good in our university , no restrictions or strict rules
Infrastructure is too good , the locality is also good

What I didn’t like

Academic curriculum is not good as we thought
So much of assignments , works , which we get frustrated

Placement Experience:

There are wide range of internships and placements offered in our college , many reputated companies like microsoft offers internships to our students , faculty will be guiding for securing a good placement and if we are not selected for placements , the faculty will be guding us for good internships etc .

Internships Opportunities:

No not yet , i did not opted any internships or placements because im a first year student , our college offers internships from third year first sem which we can learn about it earlier, placements are offered after 3 year.

Gitamites story

What I Liked

I like the infrastructure here and it feels so good to study in the top floor of the college and our college appears from far distance too
The faculty over here is too good and supportive and they taught us well and great as they are highly professional and educated from the top nit and iit institutions

What I didn’t like

The college is located in the outskirts of the city because of this we are facing huge problems for a small thing we have used to go the city by travelling hours
The factory near our college cause the pollution which is an dirty mud and smoke which was unbreathable sometimes it was the most irritating part too

Placement Experience:

Placements and job opportunities here are very good here we re getting an very good number of placements here and good number of packages too and I have trying for the placements and many of us are already placed in the companies

Internships Opportunities:

I have done an internship in the online which is on web development and I have shown my internship project and thy have appreciated my work well and I have felt so greatful about it and I have worked as an intern role at internship

My college LIFE at GITAM

What I Liked

I like the college cafes and canteens which offer quality and tasty food
we have great faculty and high tech classrooms for better learning environment.

What I didn’t like

these days due to lot of addmissions the college is becoming very crowdy
Some of the faculties are very aggressive towrds the students and they dont understand the student point of views at all.

Placement Experience:

We have a great amount of companies coming in like oracle, EYGDS, Accenture and severol others. We got amazing training in our college with a third party company called face prep and they gave us a great support and applications to study.

Internships Opportunities:

Our college has not specifically provided with any internship but they have recommended us with sevreal opportunities and through which we applied to some internships online and offline. I have done my offline internship and learned a lot from that.

Review on gitam university

What I Liked

I like the infrastructure of the college and faculties are good and there is no partiality shown.
It is ragging free campus seniors are good to their juniors.

What I didn’t like

Hostel food is not so good and not worth for fee
Hostel is not managed well it is not so clean

Placement Experience:

For having placement you should not have any backlogs.you have to get into 7th semester. We get lot of companies visited like Tech Mahindra,Accenture,EY-GDS,Medha info,delivero,etc.Average package is 4,50,000 and highest package is 15,00,000.Almost 50% of them are place in placements.

Internships Opportunities:

I have done a internship in pooja soft solutions which is in ongole.There i have done my project based on python i have done on atm interface there is no stipend for the compay andi have done this in period of one month

Review on Gitam University Hyderabad

What I Liked

This campus have good infrastructure with good classrooms
The environment is good here and have many facilities

What I didn’t like

It is very far from the city some times you have to wait more than you expected to go to home
This campus is located near a industry pollution will be more sometimes

Placement Experience:

To eligible in placements you have to come to 7th semester without any backlogs. Recently Tech Mahindra and Accenture have visited the campus and total 83 members got placed in techM and 91 placed in Accenture.

Internships Opportunities:

I have done one virtual internship given by gitam university in AICTE Aws Cloud storage. At present we are doing a project course named capstone project we will be given some project titles and faculties we have to select the title and faculty and we have to complete the respected project by end of course
