What I Liked

Infrastructure of the college is very good.
The life of this campus is best in this college.

I like the campus life and faculty of this college

Placement Experience:

The eligibility criteria for the placement is depend upon the company. There are many company visit this college such as wipro, Infosys , etc. The highest package is 17 lacs per annum and average package is 3 lacs per annum. 40 to 50 perecent of student getting placement in this college. My plan after getting the degree is to get job in google

ITM gorakhpur review

What I Liked

I like the faculties and their way of teaching and the academics is so good.
Campus life as I mentioned earlier is not good it's the most hated thing about ITM gorakhpur.

What I didn’t like

The hated thing is hostel, the campus environment, the Director.
There is not anything else to hate this college, but you have patience you are not the type of guy who blows up over small things only then you should take admission in this college because this college is not for guys with high temper.

Placement Experience:

Placements and job opportunities are good enough not very excellent but yes college provides us with quite good placements for our starting career. Samsung, chat, and TCS, are some of the visited companies for placements. The college also provides us with internship training. The highest package was 21 lacs per annum and the average package was 3-6.7 lacs.

Internships Opportunities:

Currently, I am not doing any internship due to personal reasons but the college has provided us with data analytics and many more interns with Samsung and Chetu like companies. So there is no worry for internship and the stipend depends on how much a student has practical knowledge or how much he/she can do for the company. It varies from 0-10000.

What I Liked

The college infrastructure is good looking as comparison from other in the city.
The faculty are well qualified and supportive.

What I didn’t like

The College restriction on entry and exit in the college before and after college timing
In case of fess they don't provided much installment for lower backward student

Placement Experience:

The students who qualified for 60% marks in every semester are eligible for the placements drive. The top visited recruiters are filpkart buyju amazon Citi Bank etc. The highest package is 15 lakh per annum offered by amazon

Internships Opportunities:

I did done internship at Jindal Steel and Limited and I was offer the role of assistant junior manager without a stipend the internship duration was 6 weeks and at the end, I made a report on the internship project.

Journey of my college

What I Liked

The classroom are well ventilated and seats are too good for students
The infrastructure of my college is big and good canteen area for students .

What I didn’t like

The water drinking system is not tood good
The ground condition is not too much good for playing sports

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is not too much good but average around 50 to 100 students were placed each year out of 250. The highest package of my college is 19 lacks per annum. Around 45% students got placement every year.

Internships Opportunities:

I have done internship on IOT from great learning online platform . I have done 2 project in my college first one is automatic solar tracker system and gardening robot for irrigation system using Arduino UNO.

My review for the ITM Gorakhpur college.

What I Liked

The one thing I like about my college is the faculty. Most of the faculty is very supportive and they understand what student is going through you can always consult with them regarding your doubts and they will provide solutions for it. They also teach very good most of them are very experienced in the jobs and r teaching in the college for more than 10 years also. There also new teachers but if you are in your final year of pre final year then you will only be the taught by the experience faculty.
What I like about my campus is the canteens there are two of them in my college and most of the time they provide excellent quality food. There is a lot of variety and a lot of space first went to sit down and have a cup of tea and coffee. There also various fast foods available and also good quality meals such as aloo paratha and Maggi. If you are hungry then you will not face issues to fill up your stomach. The price is also very well justified and the quality of the food is also great. The staff working in canteens is very supportive and and if you are facing problems regarding payment they will support you and you can pay them later if the recognise you. There is also another shop which is like a stationary shop where you can get all your station in needs and you there is also another shop which is like a stationery shop where you can get all your documents and stationery.

What I didn’t like

What I dislike about my college is the rules and regulations. There are a lot of them and most of them are not very good. We are studying in a college but we have to be present sharp at 9 o'clock in the morning otherwise we will have to go to home. So you cannot be late and you will have to be on time doesn't matter if you are stuck in traffic or not. There is also very strict rules regarding uniform. You have to wear your uniform properly and you should not be missing any uniform. You cannot grow your beard very much and you have to be very mindful about your attire. You can get suspended if you are not wearing your proper uniform or wearing something that is not allowed in the college.
Another thing I dislike about my college is the lack of extra curricular activities. Almost no focus is paid on extra activities. The status of sports is very bad in our college and you will only get to play sports after the colleges over. The students are encouraged to play only when the Zonal sports event is organised. Even when the students are playing for the college the college does not provide good enough facilities to train. There are no clubs in my college and you cannot create one also. Because during the during the study time you have to be present in your classes and you cannot be seen outside of your class otherwise you will be suspended immediately. You will not be allowed to participate without informing the teachers before hand.

Placement Experience:

Placement is done every year and a lot of students are placed. There is a dedicated department to the placement and training program. Companies like TCS Wipro Infosys Accenture come to college campus for on campus placement drives. Some local companies also come to the college for placements. The highest package which was offered is 9lpa and the average package is around 3 lpa in our college for computer science students. The percentage of students placed is not fixed. Overall around 30% of the students are placed every year in various companies. The students who are placed in companies are also awarded in the parampara event of the college. After getting my degree I am planning to get a software development job in a good company preferably in Bangalore or Delhi NCR region.

Internships Opportunities:

I am currently doing my internship in a software-based company. It is a remote work-from-home internship and I only had to do the part-time so I could continue to focus on my studies also. I am a full-stack web developer so I have most of my projects based on the web. I am proficient in the MERN stack. During my internship, I have worked on various projects such as developing a Chrome extension, developing a chatbot based on LLM technology such as open AI and llama. I have also worked with making browsers based on the Brave browsers.

ITM Gorakhpur Complete Review

What I Liked

The faculty comes out really helpful and guiding if you have a decent impression. They're also likely to help you during off college hours too.
The canteen is really great with almost every type of snack and fastfoods. That to at decent price. The canteen is one of the best place to hangout with your friends.
The labs are also equipped with new and decent equipments for practicals. They're routinely cleaned and renewed.
The computer lab is also decent with decent systems with decent specs and can run almost every required software.

What I didn’t like

One major disadvantage is the 75% attendance criteria though decided by the university, it comes off as a major challenge if academics isn't your main priority
The campus life isn't something you dream of as a fresher with strict rules and regulations. although you'll feel more relaxed as you come into second year
The rules can be relaxed a bit as you can't use phone in class, if caught you'll face punishment for it.

Placement Experience:

The eligibility criteria are mostly decided by the companies which is around 7.5 CGPA with no ongoing backlogs. A few companies that visited our college this year are TCS and Accenture. The highest package that I've come across is 7 LPA with an average of around 2.5-3 LPA Due to the recession, the placements have taken a toll this year but have managed to provide placement]to almost all the registered students. I plan to try to grab a decent placement from the college and if I fail to do so, I'll most probably try off-campus or go for higher studies.

Internships Opportunities:

I have been a doubt solver on Chegg which necessarily isn't an internship but pays me a decent stipend per month. The role wasn't offered but I applied for it through their website. It pays me enough for my small expenses. Apart from that, I've not done any internship till now and am looking forward to doing it.
