Neigrihms has a college fest named Euphoria usually conducted at the end of September. Almost all the books required by a medical student are available in the Central Library of Neigrihms. It has an indoor stadium for sports and extracurricular activities mainly football, cricket, badminton, basketball and volleyball. The hostel is also newly made so one of the best in India. But the mess food is not that good and the mess fee is Rs.120 per day.

The Library remains open till 9pm at night and opens at 9 am. There is an indoor stadium where we can play badminton basketball volleyball.

The campus is very good and nice, the weather is good to see and everything is going fine and green is everywhere, you will get to see large numbers of trees everywhere and flowers are there everywhere and a very good sunset

Campus life is full of scenic beauty with hills in the Adobe of clouds, meghalaya.The campus has big infrastructure and has 4 waterfalls I'm it .hostel room is single for each student. Well lit clean room

NEIGRIHMS student council is available for any student queries. Campus is very beautiful with gardens full of flowers. Hostel is good but the quality of food is very bad.
