What I Liked

The college, hostel, and hospital are separated and modern facilities are available in the academic building and the campus is also huge.
Big playground available. Indoor games available. Gym available.

What I didn’t like

Cleanliness is and issue. Regular cleaning is not done be it outside or inside the hostels.
There are poisonous snakes regularly seen in the campus and hopefully the administraion will look into this matter and clear the unwanted vegetation around the hostel buildings.

Hostel Facilities:

Hostels are very good in this college. Twin sharing rooms are allotted to the juniors and seniors get single rooms. There's a separate interns, housestaff,pgt and doctors quarter within the same campus. The mess is quite good but still there is room for improvement. Application for hostel is done at the time of admission.

Campus Life:

Campus Life is great. It's a happening place with something or the other always going on in the campus be it Saraswat puja, fest, sports event, etc. Social life is also good as there are several recreational areas available in the vicinity of the college campus like movie theatres, restraunts, parks,etc.

Review about COMJNMH, Kalyani, West Bengal

What I Liked

Huge campus area, big grounds for cricket and football, lots of mango trees in the campus, cheap and tasty food in the hostel mess, lack of traffic and lush greenery around the campus.
Teachers are friendly, no ragging in any form whatsoever is tolerated, exams are completely transparent, there’s no cheating or unfair means, wide case exposure.

What I didn’t like

A bit difficult to come to Kalyani if you’re new, hostel and campus area have lots of venomous snakes and insects, no proper security and n the hospital, unhygienic conditions at the hospital in general
Dead college crowd, lots of toxicity around, no fests or student groups around, no wardens for both boys and girls

Hostel Facilities:

Hostel is allotted at the admission day based on first come first serve policy. Your basic details like aadhar card, distance from home, father’s details, etc. are taken. There is a junior boys hostel, a senior boys hostel, one girls hostel, and an intern hostel.

Campus Life:

Sadly no fests were organised last year onwards due to RG Kar fiasco, there are no student clubs, only inter batch football tournament is organised in the winter season. The only major programs organised is the Saraswati puja and the convocation ceremony. All books are available in the library; be it of any medical course. The library is two storied with air conditioning.

COMJNMH at a glance.

What I Liked

The environment and the huge campus with big laboratories and the most important one is the creatively painted walls. Many events and activities, the professors, the demonstrators.
Classrooms are well managed, air conditioned, also clean. Transport is also very good by train bus etc.

What I didn’t like

As the campus is big there's not enough management. The distance from hostel to our college is more than 800 meters.
College campus should be more clean and water drainage could be improved and it's quite unhygienic..

Hostel Facilities:

In our hostel,, every room has occupied by 2 students.. There are two beds,, two almirah,,2 tables with drawers and chairs,, The food quality is good...at breakfast you'll get Luchi,,boiled egg,,toast,,tea and poha..in lunch you can get both veg and non veg with all the items you need...in evening you'll get snacks also...in night you can get roti too..with affordable prices. You can register for the hostel during your admission...you have to fill a form given by the admission portal..

Campus Life:

Every year college fest is organized by Students Union at the month of September. There are so many cultural activities and occasions are happened here like Saraswati Puja,, Iftaar etc. Our college library has immense availability of journals and books related to medical field and research. Many sports tournaments like cricket, football,,badminton organized by the students throughout the year. Students Union is the group which helps students for their decision making

Honest review of my second home

What I Liked

College infrastructure is very well planned and well decorated.
Faculties are highly educated and very helpful for the students.They also inspire the students.

What I didn’t like

Hostel premises is less maintained and so much weeds around the hostels.
Political issues in the colleges, sometimes hamper the education of the students.

Hostel Facilities:

Hostel quality is very well and maintained. Two students are allotted in a room for first, second and third year. Single room is available in final year and Internship. Hostel mess food quality is very much good.Price is so reliable. Non veg meals (chicken,fish,egg) and veg meals along with bread,rice,curry is available in all days of a week. Taste of the food is good. After the admission you are allotted in the hostel if you are interested to take it.

Campus Life:

There are no issues about enjoyment in this college. Kaizma, the wonderful College festival is organised every year by the students. Renowned artists come and give us energetic vibes that remove all stresses. No religious or social discrimination in this college. The convocation ceremony is festively held every year. Saraswati Puja, Holi, Eid Mubarak, Saradiya, and Christmas all are celebrated in this institution. There are two big playgrounds on the campus. These are used for playing football, cricket etc. A Badminton court is also there. Painting, dancing, singing and other extracurricular activity competitions are organized every year. All medical-related books and journals are available in the library. All students unite in groups, the common room is there for social discussion. What I Liked

The college is huge and all the departments are great.
The teachers and seniors are very polite and they support you a lot
The teachers are higly qualified and encourage you alot in your daily life go.

What I didn’t like

The hospital can be btter maintend since it is a government hospital you cant complain much.
The campus is well built but need to use it to full potential.

Campus Life:

The campus is huge being the largest in the entire west Bengal with 55.6 acres of land. The hostel, Hospital, and the administrative Academic building are all close to each other and thus can be covered by walking which makes it way too useful.

Campus Life:
