Food technology provides knowledge about different regions of food products from start to end ,it's a growing industry. As a food technology student you get to know about the safety and precautions of food you get in market and as our eating habits changed we are mostly depend on ready to eat food packed foods then it's our responsibility to know what we are eating and what next generation is getting. Faculty is very helpful and knowledgeable. Professors are very friendly and very helpful. Exams held once a semester other than that class test , assignment, presentation and practical held to gain more knowledge and check for scope of improvement.
