Jipmer conducts an annual program named 'Spandan'.Spandan is a medical fest in which participants from various medical colleges (like Aiims and AFMC) will participate. Campus life is good. There is a time limit for Girls hostel.No time limit for boys. The interclass festival is also there for arts and sports aspirants. In Spandan there is a cash price for every program(arts and sports). For more updates, you can search Google. When Telling about campus life, Security will be there on every corner. But they are not that much strict.

Fest: we have Spandan which is the largest medical fest in south India which takes place in August end and continues for 7 days All the classrooms are well equipped with projectors and all necessary equipment as per medical standards and have well-equipped air conditioners. We have a central library where you can find almost all relevant books which can be issued for 7 days. We have many sports clubs and literacy groups that conduct quizzes and sports such as cricket basketball tennis and football. We have an Instagram page by the name of Jipmer Karaikal updates We have our music band as well! Hostel: There is no separate procedure for hostel allocation. Talking about the hostel ...they are nice ...seriously well furnished. It will cost you 500 rs/month. There are very less options available if you want to stay outside. Mess The mess here is okay not so good ...if you are from the north then you are going to miss seriously your home food ????. Mess fee 3000/month.

Campus Life is not that good for academics it is very good with supportive staff but when it comes to extra curricular activities it won't be good and for enjoying and canteen it's not good to chill out with friends.

Life is pretty chill and not much eventful. We play football and cricket in our free time. Music club is also very dominant and we have concerts and music nights occasionally wherein students join in to sing.

Overall life is good. Coming to academics, better lecture facilities, faculties, facilities. Extra curricular : sports, mainly football. But not that much facilities provided. No proper football ground, basketball court, tennis, badminton court. TT indoor is there.commitees and club are not there. Culturals and extra events is guided by jiksa or batch representative.

The main fest is spandan which will be conducted on September where you will have to travel to jipmer pondicherry. College infrastructure is under development. We have recently got a new academic campus and separate boys and girls hostel. Hospital construction is to be started in immediate future. College has got a library with availability of most of books and also an e-library in site where you could get all the books. Extra curricular activities are lesser comparatively but we students were able to hold intra college sports meet and will be expanding to inter college sports meet in future. We students have got an association called JIKSA where we could request for any help with academics or non academics.

If I will say about any fest it is about to be zero(0).Here other than academic nothing is good, administration is not good when it comes to extra curricular activities. Library is of name sake, is very small, and there are limited books, not for 24*7,just during college hours. In sports, people used to play football, cricket, badminton, volleyball, basketball and some indoor games, but ground is worst at this time.
