Documents Required For PhD Admission 2025

Candidates are required to submit the following documents in both original and photocopy formats at Pondicherry University :

  • Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, certificates, and UG/PG degree or provisional certificates with mark statements.
  • Valid OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), EWS, SC, ST, or PH certificates, if applicable.
  • Migration, transfer, and conduct certificates from the last attended institution.
  • Copy of the Pondicherry University PhD application form (2024-25) and JRF letter, if applicable.
  • Other Documents: Medical fitness certificate, anti-ragging affidavit, and NOC from the employer, if required.

Applicants awaiting final results can attend interviews but must submit their mark sheets by February 15, 2025 (Microbiology) or February 28, 2025 (Chemistry).
