The MHT CET 2026 exam pattern is made available by the CET Cell on the official website cetcell.mahacet.org. The MHT CET exam consists of two groups - PCM and PCB, for getting admissions into Engineering courses and Pharma courses, respectively.

As per the MHT CET 2026 exam pattern, for both the PCM and PCB groups, there will be no negative marking
- The MHT CET 2026 exam pattern for the PCM group will consist of 150 questions, 50 for Maths, 50 for Physics, and 50 for Chemistry
- The MHT CET 2026 exam pattern for the PCB group will consist of 200 questions, 100 for Biology, 50 for Physics, and 50 for Chemistry
