The MHT CET 2026 cutoff scores are expected to be released between 15 and 31 July 2026 after the announcement of MHT CET results in June 2026. Expected cutoff scores for CSE & IT in top colleges like VJTI, COEP, and SPIT can go as high as 99.89%+ due to the recently introduced two-attempt system.
MHT CET 2026 cutoff for Civil Engineering in top colleges can reach up to 98.80%.
The expected cutoffs for the General and OBC categories for CSE & IT courses are expected to be between 99.6 and 99.9+%. Meanwhile, other reserved categories, like SC, ST, and PwD, can expect cutoffs between 97.7 and 98.6+%.

The MHT CET Cut-off 2026 is calculated based on the previous year’s analysis. To achieve a percentile above 99.5, candidates should aim for a score above 160; to achieve a percentile of 99, a score between 150 and 160 is enough.
With the introduction of the two-attempt system, similar to the JEE, MHT CET 2026 cutoffs are expected to rise, as students can improve their scores in attempt 2.
