Only candidates listed in the merit list published on November 28, 2024, are eligible to participate.

Important Guidelines

  1. Eligibility: Candidates who secured seats in AIQ-PG (Round I, II, III) are not eligible for this counselling.
  2. Fee Structure:
    • University Fee: ₹10,100 (payable online).
    • Tuition Fee: To be paid at the time of admission as per university norms.
  3. Upgradation: Candidates allotted seats in Phase-I can opt for upgradation. However, Phase-II allotments will replace Phase-I seats.
  4. Vacancy Adjustments: Seats vacated during Phase-II counselling will be reallocated.
  5. Final Allotment: Candidates must report to the allotted college with original certificates and pay tuition fees by the deadline mentioned in the allotment letter.
  6. Mop-Up Round: Unfilled seats after Phase-II will be addressed in a mop-up round. However, candidates allotted seats in Phase-I or Phase-II are ineligible to participate in the mop-up round to prevent seat blocking.

Penalty for Discontinuation

Candidates withdrawing after admission closure or during the course will be fined ₹59,000 (₹50,000 + ₹9,000 GST).
