Who was eligible for this round?
This round was meant for eligible candidates seeking MBBS or BDS seats under the Management Quota. The notification allowed new registration for the listed NRI Lapsed categories. The registration window has now closed, so the immediate step for an allotted student is college reporting.
Documents to carry to the college
Keep the original documents and a few copies ready. The notification lists these uploads and records where applicable:
- Aadhaar photo identity proof
- Latest passport-size photograph and specimen signature
- Caste certificate, if a category benefit is claimed
- Muslim minority certificate, if applicable
- PwD certificate, if applicable
- For NRI Lapsed status, the notarised affidavit of the parent's financial status signed by the parent and the candidate
Who could not take part?
The notice excludes candidates who had already joined MBBS or BDS in earlier rounds, were allotted a seat in the Phase III or stray round, appeared in the MCC shared list up to the stray round, or had joined MBBS in another state. Read the NTRUHS notice carefully before relying on an allotment.
What to do next
- Open the NTRUHS allotment notice and confirm your name, course and college.
- Call the allotted college immediately and ask where to report.
- Reach the college by October 26 with your original documents and fee proof.
- Complete the admission formalities and pay the tuition fee within the deadline.
Important instruction after allotment
NTRUHS says a student allotted a Stray Round 2 seat must report, complete compulsory admission and pay the tuition fee within the schedule. The seat cannot be resigned after joining. The notification also notes that MBBS classes had already started on September 15, 2026.
