AP NEET Counselling: Special Stray Vacancy Round Announced for BDS Admissions Under Management Quota

The Competent Authority for admissions under the State Quota in Andhra Pradesh has announced the Special Stray Vacancy Round for BDS admissions under the Management Quota for the academic year 2024–25. The decision follows the NEET-UG Special Round Schedule 2024 issued by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on November 16, 2024.

Security Deposit Guidelines:

To prevent seat blocking, candidates must pay a refundable security deposit of ₹2,00,000 online. Key details include:

Refundable Cases:
- Candidates who join their allotted seat will get a refund after admissions close.
- Candidates not allotted seats will also receive a refund.
Forfeiture of Deposit:
- Failure to join the allotted seat.
- Admission cancellation due to incorrect information.

Candidates who paid ₹3,00,000 for MBBS in the Special Stray Vacancy Round are exempt from this deposit for BDS.

Web Options:

Candidates must exercise fresh web options as per the seat matrix on the official website. A mandatory declaration must be submitted:

"I agree to participate in the Special Stray Vacancy Round of Dr. NTRUHS. I affirm that I am not holding any seat in the previous rounds of NEET UG Counselling, 2024."

Eligibility:

Candidates in the Final Merit List of Management Quota as of 15.09.2024 and 02.11.2024.
Those without any allotted seat under All India Quota, State Quota, or Deemed University Counselling.
