Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education conducts AP PGECET 2024 second round web counselling registration from October 19 to October 20, 2024. Candidates with valid GATE/GPAT scores must register on the official website pgecet-sche.aptonline.in. Log in with your application number and password.

GPAT-qualified candidates must pay Rs 1000 (Rs 500 for SC/ST category candidates) as the counselling fee. Enter the GPAT hall ticket and rank to apply and pay the fees. Pay the fee online through a Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking. Take a printout of the fee receipt to submit during certificate verification for AP PGECET 2024.

Registered candidates must exercise web options from October 22 to October 23 and edit the options on October 24. AP PGECET 2024 round 2 seat allotment for pharmacy courses will be declared on October 26, 2024. Candidates allotted seats in this round must report to the allotted college by October 29, 2024.

Documents to be Uploaded during Counselling

For successful registration, candidates need to upload original documents in the required format. Keep the following documents ready:

• GPAT scorecard
• Provisional certificate/ degree certificate and memorandum of marks
• Memo of SSC
• Mark sheets for Class 10 to Graduation
• Category Certificate for BC/SC/ST candidates, if applicable
• Residence Certificate
• Transfer Certificate
• Local Status Certificate for candidates who studied in Telangana but want to claim AU/SVU regions

What Comes After Counselling Registration?

• Certificate Verification: After registration, candidates must upload the necessary documents on the portal. The authorities verify the documents and release a list of eligible candidates.
• Exercise Web Options Entry and Editing: Successfully registered candidates can enter their choice of college and course in order of preference. There is an opportunity to edit the web options - modify, add, rearrange, or delete options on October 24, 2024.
• Seat Allotment: Candidates will be allotted seats based on their preferences submitted while choice-filling. Download the allotment order on the website with the application number and date of birth. The college-wise allotment report includes the candidate's hall ticket number, rank, name, gender, caste, region, and allotted category.
• Reporting at the Allotted College: Candidates allotted seats in this round must join the allotted college by the deadline. They must report with the necessary documents for fee payment and further admission process.
