Candidates who have already registered do not need to register again as their choices from the second round will remain valid. However, they may revise their choices during the third round if desired.
Admission Process
The selected candidates must report to their allotted Medical or Dental College on 22 October or 23 October 2024 during office hours. Candidates who were previously admitted and are allocated to a new institution must report to the new college with the necessary documentation, including acknowledgement receipts from their prior college.
Points To Remember
-
If any candidate is allotted a new Medical/Dental College of his/her choice in the counselling, then their previous allotment of the seat gets automatically cancelled. Any new candidate will be allotted to the vacant seat.
-
If any candidate does not join the newly allotted Medical/Dental College within the stipulated date and time, he/she shall be considered as not joined and shall not have any claim over the seat.
-
Candidates who visited the DME Office on 5th October 2024 for document verification and institution selection under the 5% government school reservation will be allocated medical/dental colleges based on merit and preferences.
-
Once candidates join their allotted institution following the third round, they will not be eligible for participation in subsequent counselling rounds.
