The Ministry of Ayush has introduced significant changes to the admission process for undergraduate (UG) courses in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homoeopathy (ASU&H) for the academic year 2024-25. These updates include a 15-percentile reduction in NEET UG-2024 qualifying criteria and an extended admission deadline to ensure wider access for aspirants.
Key Announcements:
- Cut-off Reduction: The qualifying percentile for NEET UG-2024 has been reduced by 15 percentile across all categories, as per the directive from the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM).
- Revised Counselling Schedule: The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) will soon release the updated counselling schedule on the AACCC UG portal.
- Extended Deadline: The final date for admissions into UG courses has been extended to December 20, 2024.
Revised NEET UG Cut-offs for 2024-25:
