Notably, it stands as the leading university in Odisha, maintaining its standing from the previous year.

The global ranking for the university fell within the cohort of 601-800, reflecting a continual enhancement in its overall score. This improvement underscores KIIT-DU's unwavering commitment to providing high-quality education, fostering extensive research activities, and steadily enhancing its global reputation. The Times Higher Education World University Rankings are highly regarded in academia, guiding students in their choice of institutions for advanced studies.

Comprising 1,904 universities from 108 countries and regions, the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2024 deploy a comprehensive methodology. It encompasses parameters such as teaching environment, research output, citations, international outlook, and industry income.
