As our college is a daughter institute to IIT Kharagpur, it follows their schedule and curriculum as it is. It works under the guidance of IIT Kharagpur. The faculty is really well qualified. We've got new and expensive equipment for the lab work, as well.

I chose this college because chemistry was my strong subject and it was one of the colleges that provided chemical engineering and it has a tier a education course as it follows the curriculum of IIT Kharagpur (also it's mentor) and the exam level is good as a tough competition creates better perfomance of students across country.

The faculty at IIPE are experienced professors from institutions like iits and Iisc. I choose chemical engineering because I have to go in the research of electrochemistry field. There are two exams in each semester one is med sem and other is end sem . difficulty level is average.

Acedimics of this college is very good .the teachers are highly qualified some teachers are also from iisc banglore and some are also studied from foreign universities.the teaching methods is good.the exam is quite hard .and there is also relative grading

As the name suggests, this college is the best for its petroleum-based studies and placements. The faculties are highly qualified and interactive. Two exams are held, mid-terms and end-terms.

It has the best faculty compared to any other college. Period. The faculty are very much friendly. The curriculum is also good as it also has coding and other electives you can choose if u have an interest in any other field.

Faculties are highly qualified and supportive. All the faculties hold a phd degree from IITs or other top notch research institutes. Coming to fee structure, thetuition fee per semester is 75000. You'll get 75% of the tuition fee waived if your family annual income is less than 5 lakh rupees, and a 100% fee is waived if it's below 1 lakh. The semester exams are not very difficult if you follow the courses regularly.

Teachers are immensely helpful and dedicated to their profession. They hardly ever miss a class and ensure that the classes are both fun and informative. Along with theoretical knowledge, they also provide us with practical knowledge, which is very helpful. The coding culture at our institute is excellent, and we have the opportunity to attend workshops at IIT Madras. Additionally, we also get the chance to visit HPCL factories, which is a great learning experience.

Well if you are taking a new branch here like mechanical then the syllabus is not entirely finalized now and they are bringing changes and it is more to align with mechanical used in the oil and gas industry. Most of the faculties have done their PhDs from IIT's, or IISC, or have done a joint PhD with some foreign countries. Some faculties are very friendly but some are a bit serious or very strictly rules-oriented but overall faculties are ok. Term exams are always timely but this year our end sem happened around 1 month early because of the elections as we are on temporary campus. Exams are pretty much from what is taught in the class if someone is paying attention to what is being taught then he/she will be able to score above 8.5 cgpa easily. If you are from ews or OBC category and your family income is below 5 lakhs per annum then 50% of your tuition fees will be waived off and if your family income is below 1 lakh per annum then 100% of your tuition fees will be waived off.
