The admission into the college is only possible by qualifying JEE advanced and securing a rank under 25k. The college as of now, only has three courses for BTech that are petroleum engineering, Mechanical engineering and chemical engineering. They do have more Masters courses I'm not aware of. The college had 98% placement success, last year. TCS also comes during the councelling to recruit from here, so you have a high chance of stepping into the software field but only and only if you're good at it. And it's really easy to get a field job from here tbf. If you really wanna study the core branches, this is definitely better any NIT whatsoever.

The criteria to enter this college is by qualifying the Jee advanced exam With 75% in boards. The most important thing is that our college is of national importance and it was inaugurated by our own prime minister Narendra Modi in the year 2014 this institute was basically set up for advancement and research in the energy sector for example like hydrogen energy research in green hydrogen improvement of petroleum and oil industry for the future of sustainable development.

for admission in iipe you have to clear jee advance and score a rank upto 30,000. then you have appear for iipe counselling. i choose this college because i have not good rank to get iit. despite being a new colege , my college is better than tier-2,tier-3,nits.

As the college accept admission on the basis of Jee Advanced that makes it as par as iits The admission process is smooth.there are total 4 rounds( 3 normal+1spot) .the cutoffs change every year . As it is a Indian institute so there is no such big things about this college

Our college takes admissions of students who are JEE advanced qualified. So the quality of students and teachers and the subjects is very good. But the only bad aspect is, that despite being working since 2016, our college doesn't have its campus.

The factor was that it was an institute of national importance and the selection was through JEE advanced no there were no GD/PI rounds just a cutoff rank was needed for the admissions document verification.

Admission to IIPE is through the JEE Advanced examination. After clearing the exam you can participate in the counselling rounds by filling out the registration form and once selected document verification is done.

If you planning to be admission to this college firstly ensure that you do not have any chance to get IITs NITs and IIITs. This college takes admission based on JEE advanced score(Cut-off varies year by year). The admission process of this college is quite simple at the time of Josaa's counselling IIPE also releases their admission form separately on their official website. You have to just simply fill out the registration form and verify the document.

I chose this course after getting JEE Advanced qualified to get industry experience and get upskilled with a good college degree. It should include a more updated format to align with current industry needs. We have our technical and cultural festival, Shaswat, which is held at the levels of the top nits. Our campus is very well connected to both railway stations and airports within a short distance. Our college is surrounded by mountains and greenery.

I took admission in IIPE because I cleared JEE advanced but didn't score enough marks to get into a good IIT, and also this is the only central government college for the energy sector hence I took admission here. I was very much interested in green energy as a sector hence it was a good choice for me. After all the college is average when it comes to placements but placements are very much dependent on the market conditions if I talk about an idle situation around 97% of students got placed in 2023 and most students go for core companies around 80%. One thing I didn't liked about this college is that it is in the very early stages of establishment and doesn't even have its permanent campus right now but we will shift to a permanent campus nest year.
