Required Documents For IIPE Sandwich PhD Program 2025

To apply for the IIPE Sandwich PhD program, candidates must submit the following documents:-

  • Endorsement letter from the Host Professor, confirming the applicant's research proposal and guaranteeing workplace and funding (if applicable)
  • Scanned copy of the applicant's passport
  • Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV) of the applicant (limited to 3 pages)
  • Grade sheet of coursework completed during the PhD program
  • Brief biographical sketch of the Host Professor (maximum 3 pages)
  • List of publications by the applicant (with supporting proof)
  • Detailed research proposal (limited to 3 pages)
  • Proof of funding (if applicable)

IIPE Sandwich PhD Eligibility Criteria 2025

To be eligible for the IIPE Sandwich PhD program, candidates must meet the following requirements:-

  • The candidate must be a doctoral student who has successfully defended their Registration Proposal Seminar.
  • The candidate can opt for a joint supervision arrangement, where they are registered at both IIPE and the host institution.
  • Alternatively, the candidate can be solely registered at IIPE while conducting research in collaboration with the host university.
  • The candidate must meet the necessary academic and research requirements for the Sandwich PhD program
