The Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIM Udaipur) has released the summary statistics of its just-ended final placements for its flagship 2-year MBA Programme, which graduates in April 2023. IIM Udaipur is one of only four IIMs that adhere to the Indian Placement Report Standards (IPRS) and will provide a comprehensive report on its website after the external audit of these standards is complete.

The 2-year MBA class of 2021-23 consists of 305 students, 301 of whom are seeking placement assistance. At the conclusion of the last placement season, the median and average CTC had increased by 14% and 16%, respectively. The highest CTC was Rs. 36 lakhs per year. The top 25% of the class received an average CTC of Rs. 28 lakhs/annum, while the top 50% received an average CTC of Rs. The average CTC of the entire cohort was 20,3 lakhs per year.

Pre-Placement offers through summer internships increased by 30%, suggesting a growing acceptance of IIMU student talent by the industry, as measured by summer projects and allied job performance.

Only eleven years have passed since the Institute's founding, and the hashtag #10YearsUnstoppable captures the decade since the Institute's founding. In addition to its emphasis on research and transformative learning, its Global Rankings, Accreditation, and numerous efforts, such as the establishment of Centers of Excellence in key sectors like as Digital, Supply Chain, and Healthcare, have contributed to its rise to prominence. IIM Udaipur and IIM Bangalore are the only IIMs in the FT Rankings MIM Top 100 Global Rankings 2022 to be ranked in the Top 100 for a fourth consecutive year. IIM Udaipur is also the youngest among the listed B-schools. In the QS Top 150+ MIM Global Rankings 2022, IIMU is the youngest business school in the world and one of just seven IIMs to make the list.
