CUET UG Results 2024 are delayed. As per the official notification released by the National Testing Agency (NTA), CUET UG Results were expected to be declared on June 30, 2024 but due to unforeseen circumstances, the deadline was unable to be met. The delay in the announcement of CUET UG Results 2024 is likely to have ramifications in the admission process of the participating institutions. Institutions will not have to update their academic calendar to accommodate the delay in CUET results. The undergraduate admissions in the participating institutions will be impacted by the delay. As per speculations by experts, CUET UG Provisional Answer Key 2024 will be declared sometime in July, followed by the Answer Key Challenge Window, and then eventually the results will be declared.
Earlier, on June 23, NTA clarified that CUET provisional answer keys will likely be released by the first week of July. The agency will take a week to ten days to process the challenges to the answer keys and then declare the result.

Why was CUET UG Result 2024 Delayed?
The National Testing Agency has not specified why CUET UG results have been delayed. But, we can make speculations about the root cause of the delay. In the month of June, shockwaves were sent across the country due to four major exams being impacted. Some of these exams were rescheduled and reconducted. The ministry of Education also released statements that the sanctity of certain exams had been compromised.
The ramifications of controversies in NEET UG, NEET PG, UGC-NET, CSIR-NET was eventually felt in CUET UG 2024. The provisional answer keys were not declared by the NTA and as a result CUET UG results were eventually delayed.
CUET UG was earlier conducted from May 15 to May 31, 2024. Although, the student community now has aspersions on the exam as it was not as smoothly conducted as NTA would have hoped. There were re-tests in certain regions and centers, and the colleges affiliated to the Central Universities in Nagaland and Meghalaya are already exempted from CUET 2024.
