The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has released officially the GATE 2025 cut-off and registration and appearance figures on the official website gate2025.iitr.ac.in. Candidates can now view subject-wise GATE 2025 cut-off marks for all 30 papers, divided by General, OBC-NCL/EWS, and SC/ST/PwD categories.

The GATE 2025 result was announced on March 19, and scorecards may be downloaded from March 28 to May 31, 2025, via goaps.iitr.ac.in.

The cut-off has fallen for papers such as Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Biotechnology, and Physics, whereas it has risen for Mechanical Engineering and Life Sciences.
