The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has released officially the GATE 2025 cut-off and registration and appearance figures on the official website gate2025.iitr.ac.in. Candidates can now view subject-wise GATE 2025 cut-off marks for all 30 papers, divided by General, OBC-NCL/EWS, and SC/ST/PwD categories.
The GATE 2025 result was announced on March 19, and scorecards may be downloaded from March 28 to May 31, 2025, via goaps.iitr.ac.in.

Applicants who pass the GATE 2025 exam can apply for admission to M.Tech at IITs, NITs, and other institutions or seek employment in PSUs based on GATE scores. The IIT GATE cutoff, NIT GATE cutoff, and PSU GATE cutoff 2025 will be declared separately by individual institutions and organizations.
