The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced its Mock Test Papers Series I and II for CA Foundation students preparing for the January 2025 examinations. This structured mock series, available in both physical and virtual formats, aims to provide students with an authentic exam experience to assess and enhance their readiness.

ICAI has released the detailed schedule for the mock tests, which will run over two series in December 2024 and January 2025:

Participation Details
1 Mode of Mock Tests:
- Physical Mode: Students opting for in-person attendance can reach out to ICAI branches or regional councils. This setup mimics the exam-day environment and helps students focus in a supervised setting.
- Virtual Mode: The BoS Knowledge Portal will host the question papers, available at 1:30 PM on each test date. Students can download and complete the tests within the stipulated timeframe.
2. Answer Keys and Self-Assessment
- Answer keys for each paper will be uploaded on the portal within 48 hours post-exam, allowing students to review their responses, identify strengths and weaknesses, and perform a detailed self-assessment.
3. Preparation Tips from ICAI:
- Exam Simulation: ICAI recommends that students attempt each test as if it were the actual exam. This approach builds confidence, refines timing, and strengthens answering skills.
- Answer Review and Improvement: Using the answer keys, students should closely evaluate their responses and focus on areas needing improvement to maximize their readiness.
