The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially started JEE Advanced 2025 registration from April 23, 2025 (10:00 AM). Those who have cleared JEE Advanced 2025 on the basis of their JEE Main 2025 score can now register at the official portal — jeeadv.ac.in. IIT Kanpur is conducting this year's examination.

Important Dates for JEE Advanced 2025

The exam will be held in computer-based mode (CBT) across 222 cities in India and 2 cities abroad.

Eligibility Criteria for JEE Advanced 2025

The candidates should ensure they fulfill the below eligibility criteria before enrolling:

• Should have passed Class 12 in 2024 or will appear in 2025.
• Two attempts at most in two consecutive years is permissible.
• Not eligible to appear in JEE Advanced 2023, except for candidates who had dropped out between Nov 5–18, 2024 (according to Supreme Court judgment).
• Date of Birth: Must be born on or after October 1, 2000.

Note: 5-year age relaxation for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

Documents Needed for Registration

The following documents (as relevant) should be uploaded by the candidates during the registration process:

• Class 10 certificate or Birth Certificate
• Class 12 (or equivalent) Mark Sheet
• Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/GEN-EWS)
• PwD Certificate (if required)
• Scribe Request and Compensatory Time Request Letters (if required)
• DS Certificate (if required)
• OCI/PIO Card or Foreign Passport/Citizenship Certificate (for foreign applicants)

How to Register for JEE Advanced 2025

• Go to https://jeeadv.ac.in/applicant
• Authenticate using JEE Main 2025 application number, name, and birth date.
• Complete the online application form.
• Upload scanned documents.
• Pay the application fee online.
• Download and take print of the registration confirmation receipt.

Note: Once registered successfully, anyone can pay the registration fee for the candidate using their JEE Main 2025 application number and date of birth.
