JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Result and Final Answer Key have been declared on jeemain.nta.nic.in for exams conducted across India and 15 overseas cities.

If two or more candidates secure the same total NTA score in JEE Main 2025, the tie will be resolved based on: higher scores in Mathematics, followed by Physics and Chemistry. If still tied, the ratio of incorrect to correct answers across all subjects will be considered, then subject-wise in the same order. If the tie persists, candidates will be assigned the same rank.

Last year, Telangana topped the list with 7 students scoring a perfect 100 percentile in JEE Main 2024, followed by Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Rajasthan with 3 each. Students from Delhi, Haryana, Karnataka, and Gujarat also secured full marks. It will be interesting to see if Telangana maintains its top spot this year!

The April 2 exam was generally balanced but time-consuming. Physics was of moderate difficulty, Mathematics was lengthy yet fair, and Chemistry was comparatively easy. The second shift mirrored this trend — Chemistry stayed the easiest, Physics remained moderate, while Mathematics emerged as the most challenging section.

To check the JEE Main result, students need to log in using their Application Number, Date of Birth, and Security Pin on the official portal. Keep a stable internet connection for smooth access once results go live.

As soon as the JEE Main 2025 result is declared, aspirants must quickly look at their scorecard to determine whether they've cleared JEE Advanced 2025. If the candidates qualify under the cutoff, they can apply for JEE Advanced from April 23 and take the test on May 18 with the aim of getting admission to one of the 23 IITs. Those who fail to meet the JEE Advanced eligibility can apply for admission to NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs through JoSAA Counselling 2025, which is likely to start from June 3, 2025 (tentatively).
