The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released the Provisional UT-Specific Merit List (PML) for NEET PG 2024 candidates belonging to the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. This merit list is for admissions into MD/MS/PG Diploma courses for the 2024-25 academic session.

Result Declaration:
- NEET PG 2024 result was declared by NBE on 23rd August 2024.
- UT-specific data was provided by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on 11th September 2024.
Registration Deadlines Extended:
The Board extended the registration deadlines multiple times to allow eligible candidates to complete their applications.

Merit List Updates:
- Candidates applying for Difficult Area incentives and Sports Category were allowed to make representations.
- The merit calculation considers 60% NEET PG score and 40% Sports merit for candidates in the sports category, as per the relevant government orders.
Notifications and Updates
1. Provisional Approval of Applications
Certain candidates with incomplete documentation, such as missing domicile or internship certificates, were provisionally approved. Such candidates must present these documents at the time of admission.
2. Candidates Under Specific Categories

| Difficult Area Certificate | Must reflect service of one year by 15-10-2024. Non-compliant certificates result in consideration under Open Merit. |
| CDP (Children of Defence Personnel) | Candidates with old-format certificates must submit the updated version by 20-11-2024 (2 PM). |
| Reserved Category Certificates | Deficient certificates must be submitted by 20-11-2024 (2 PM) to avoid conversion to Open Merit. |
| EWS Certificates | Must align with SRO 518 of 2019 by 20-11-2024 (2 PM), else candidates will be moved to Open Merit. |
3. Candidates Debarred
Candidates who left MD/MS courses in 2021, 2022, or 2023 without completing them are debarred from registering for NEET PG 2024, as per SRO 48 of 2018.
4. NEET PG Cut-Off Scores
Candidates scoring below the cut-off determined by NBE are ineligible for admissions.
Representation and Finalization of Merit List
Candidates can submit representations regarding their position in the PML or other objections by 20th November 2024 (2 PM) at BOPEE offices in Jammu or Srinagar. No submissions via email or WhatsApp will be accepted. Objections received after the last date will not be considered.
