This round of Karnataka PGCET 2024 counselling is intended for unfilled seats after the second round, surrendered seats, or newly added seats for MBA, MCA, M.E./M.Tech, and M.Arch courses. The KEA has also issued an update regarding the extension of the reporting deadline up to December 12, 2024, due to a state-wide holiday.

Karnataka PGCET 2024: Key Instructions
- Eligibility:
- Candidates who were not allotted any seats in the earlier rounds are eligible.
- Candidates who cancelled their seats in earlier rounds are not eligible for this round.
- Fresh Option Entry: Candidates must enter new options for the final round; earlier options will not be considered.
- Seat Cancellation:
- Candidates wishing to cancel their seats from earlier rounds were required to do so online by December 11, 2024 (4:00 PM).
- A refund will be processed after deducting ₹5,000 for such cancellations.
- Requests for cancellations after this deadline will not be entertained, and no refund will be granted.
- Reporting Deadline: Candidates allotted seats in the second round and who have paid the fees must report to the respective colleges by December 12, 2024. This extension is due to the state-wide holiday on December 11, 2024, declared because of the demise of former Chief Minister Sri S.M. Krishna.

- Seat Allotment: Only fresh options entered during this round will be considered.
- Fee Payment: Candidates allotted a seat must pay the required fees within the specified timeframe.
- Admission Order: Admission orders can be downloaded after fee payment.
