The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the final medical and dental seat allotment lists for the UGNEET 2026 stray vacancy round. The official UGNEET page lists the medical and dental allotment PDFs dated October 22, 2026. Candidates who get a seat must pay the required fee by October 24 and report to the allotted college by October 25.

What KEA has released

KEA has added separate links for the final medical and dental stray-round allotment lists on its official UGNEET 2026 page. The same page also shows links for fee payment and the seat confirmation slip.

The allotment result tells you whether a medical or dental seat has been given to you. Check the course, college and category in the list or in the KEA candidate login before you pay the fee.

Karnataka UGNEET 2026 stray round deadlines

KEA says there is no provision to extend the admission date. There is no extension after the stated deadlines, so do not wait until the last hour if your seat is shown in the final list.

What candidates should check first

Open the medical or dental allotment link that matches your course. Confirm the college name, course, category and any instruction about fee payment. If the list asks you to use the candidate login, enter your own KEA details and download the allotment or confirmation document.

The official page also carries a separate notice saying that stray-round option entry continues up to 4:00 PM on October 23. This is a separate activity from paying for an already allotted seat. Follow the instruction shown in your login and do not assume that option entry gives extra time for fee payment.

How to check the KEA UGNEET result

  1. Go to the KEA UGNEET 2026 page.
  2. Open the medical or dental stray-round result link.
  3. Use the candidate login if the page asks for your details.
  4. Download the allotment list, allotment order or seat confirmation slip.
  5. Read the fee and reporting instructions before leaving the page.

Save a copy on your phone and keep one printed copy. Use only the official KEA website for payment and confirmation. Do not share your login password or OTP with another person.

Documents to carry for college reporting

KEA's stray-round schedule asks allotted candidates to report with all original documents, two photocopy sets and a mobile phone that can receive OTPs. Keep your NEET UG documents, KEA admission papers and certificates used during counselling ready. Your college may check the originals before completing admission.

What happens after fee payment?

After the fee is paid, download the seat confirmation slip before 4:00 PM on October 24. Check that the payment and seat details are correct. Take the slip, the allotment document and the requested certificates to the allotted college. Reporting must be completed before 6:00 PM on October 25.

If a candidate misses the payment or reporting deadline, the allotted seat may not be retained. The official notice does not provide a later date, so candidates should complete each step in the order shown by KEA.
