Candidates must download their allotment memos and print their data sheets from the candidate portal for submission during admission.
Admission Guidelines:
- Fee Payment and Joining Deadline:
All candidates must remit the prescribed fees and join the allotted colleges by 4:00 PM on November 28, 2024.
- Fee Exemptions: Candidates under SC/ST/OEC, Fishermen categories, and beneficiaries as per G.O. (MS) 25/2005/SCSTDD and G.O. (MS) 10/2014/BCDD are exempted from tuition fees except when allotted seats under Management in self-financing colleges.
- Mandatory Documents:
Candidates must present their printed data sheets and allotment memos at the time of admission.
- Non-compliance Penalty:
- Failing to join within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of allotment, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
- Candidates withdrawing after admission will face penalties as outlined in KEAM Prospectus Clause 12.2.4.
Third Phase Allotment:
Remaining vacancies after this round will be filled in a third-phase stray vacancy process. However, the following candidates are ineligible for the next phase:
- Those who fail to join after the current round of allotment.
- Candidates who withdraw after joining their allotted institutions.
